I called to request an…read moreexplanation regarding back to back billing increases and had guy with a deep drawl slowly man-splaining the same line that repeatedly ignored my billing question of back-back increases. His frustration and mine (I repeated his under his breath "oh my God" exasperation) saying "oh my God is right" and he denied it saying "I didn't say anything" when I heard it clear as day. I requested a different agent as we weren't getting anywhere (I've trained bricks like this) and he put me on hold, then popped on to assure me he was still there. I began some work while on hold and a recording came on at 3:27pm stating the office was closed (I can understand drivers being off at 3:30, but support staff clocking out that early, when people are still at work?) and to call back during business hours. An option to leave a message was played, but the system hung up before a message could be left. Why am I not surprised? So for wasting 27 minutes I got zero answers, but an endless loop of discussion with the Townie (Waterboy) and a holding period that timed out on me. I'd say it's "par for the course." If you expect to be disappointed, you'll always hit the mark. The drivers are awesome, pickup is always on time. Customer Support Sucks about as bad as humanly possible.

I've called seven times in the last week and they won't pick up the four cans. The address is on court and close to road 100. I've called seven times and the cans continue to sit on the street for a week. I'm going to call the City of Pasco and complain and bill Basin Disposal for storage of the extra garbage cans on my property. Since I'm a CBC business professor I'll track down the CEO and ask them to come to CBC business class to explain how this is good service. I don't know how many more weeks the garbage cans will be out on the road.

What I mean by that is they don't have any major piles of inventory still left over which means they'll have to drop the prices like other scrap yards around the Tri-Cities area. Every time I go there their piles are down which means they are steadily shipping metals out and their prices stay up. I've been to all the scrap yards around here and everybody else is going down on prices because apparently they don't know how to get rid of their inventory but yet Mayflower seems to keep their yard nice and clean and ready for people to bring in their stock
