Had our cesspool pumped by Levi a couple of years ago before buying the house and he came out to handle it quickly while we were in the inspection process. Fast forward two years later and we need the cesspool inspected for a VA loan. I figured why not get it pumped after I had to dig it up again. Levi came out today and said no need to pump. The water/fluid was from the ocean and would just fill up again. This is our first house with a cesspool and he could have just pumped it like we requested. It's really hard to come by solid and honest people in any business these days. I highly recommend him! Many mahalos to Levi! read more

Lehi is the best! We've used several pumping services over the last decade by Pacific Pumping is by far the best. He responds to texts, shows up when he says he will show up, and is crazy through. He's the only one who checked our distribution box vent which saved us tons of money and headache. You won't be disappointed. read more

Lehi is honest and reputable contractor. I called him knowing that he works with my neighbor. This was my first time to request cesspool service. Leahi was responsive and nice to work with. He came by, assessed our property, and found it appropriate for the job. When getting closer to the tank, he realized that our tank was in good condition and not needing service that day. He showed me the opened lid and explained the situation to me. He recommended that I consider service in about 2 years. He could have unnecessarily pumped the tank and easily charged me. I appreciate his honest and ethical professionalism. I definitely will seek his help and refer him to others in the future. read more

I needed my cesspool pumped after recently getting a house in the country that's not hooked up to the county water system. He came highly recommended from my locally owned real estate company who had reached out for a referral to get the job done. Lehi provided me with quality service and went the extra mile to explain how to properly handle my waste. I'm very happy to have found his company and I try to support local companies wherever possible. Mahalo for your assistance and affordable price! read more

I got service and a good lesson learned today at a very affordable price. Lehi is a friendly and easy guy to talk to. We called Pacific Pumping and Septic for the first time early in the morning to ask about having our septic evacuated. It was due to be pumped by another company the day before but they no-showed. Lehi from Pacific answered and was so nice. He was able to come take care of our full tank the same day. He communicates fantastically regarding his anticipated arrival as well. He is a professional and knows exactly what he's doing. He also took great care in our narrow driveway and us respectful to your property. We really appreciate Lehi and Pacific. Would recommend to anyone and we will be his customers from now on! read more

I really wish I would have called him the last time our septic was clogged! The last company we went with ( J & M) charged us almost triple the price that Pacific pumping charged and they did way less work! Pacific Pumping is the best! Great customer service, went above and beyond what we needed and was so reasonably priced. He even charged us less than what he quoted us because he said our septic wasn't completely full. Great company! Definitely our new go to for all of our septic problems! read more

This review is pretty easy to write: 1) Shows up exactly as promised. 2) Performs service as promised. 3) Professional and courteous. 4) Guided by integrity and honesty. 5) Does the job and you hardly know he was there. Of the above, I really appreciate the integrity part. Pacific Pumping tells you straight up what is needed for your septic system without attempts over sell or increase business through unnecessary visits. Such a great business! Highly recommended. read more

Lehi was a blessing to us. After asking so many other professionals, who couldn't or didn't want to solve our problem, without hesitation Lehi said he could fix it. Lehi took my phone call in a professional manner, showed up when he said he'd show up and kept me informed by text, efficiently did the septic pump out and was a gentleman to deal with. On top of that, it was at a really good price even though we didn't discuss the price ahead of time. read more

We had a sewage overflow and did not know where the issue was. We called a plumber and they were not able to fix the issue, then I called Lehi to see if it could be our septic tank. Lehi knew that it was not a septic tank issue based on the video chat we had, but he still offered to come out to look at the issue. He came out to my property within an hour and was able to identify the issue and cleared it for us. It was indeed a clog that the plumber should have found! Lehi was a savior and very nice and easy to work with. read more

The service was fairly quick and Lehi's customer service is superb & professional! He came out the same day that our property manager called in the work request despite having to sit in traffic for a few hours - if not longer... due to a few traffic accidents on the leeward side. Thanks Lehi for coming out to our residence to clear our septic tank! We greatly appreciate it! read more

We were having issues with our main drain line backing up for months and had several plumbers come out and snake the lines only to temporarily resolve the issue, non of them even considered our tank being potentially full. After calling several cesspool companies 4 to be exact, (1) company never returned calls, one company showed up several hours late after a confirmed appt and the person was extremely rude and the other 2 companies wanted to bring in heavy machinery and dig up my entire yard and patio and offered no alternatives whatsoever. I finally called Lehi with Pacific Pumping and started discussing our issue, I could tell he was on a job because of his equipment running in the back ground but that didn't stop him from taking about 15 minutes to discuss various options, he then said he could swing by after his current job and take a look. Lehi showed up about 3 hours later and spent a good 30 minutes assessing the situation and going over options with us. It was a somewhat complicated situation because the previous owners had laid a concrete slab over the cesspool cover and my main goal was to be able to pump the tank without doing major damage to my lawn, pool plumbing pipes that were under the lawn and also my pool deck. Lehi offered several solutions that none of the other guys offered and really took the time to alleviate our concerns. He sent a quote the next day which was extremely fair and detailed the plan of action, he showed up on time with his crew and completed the job much quicker than expected, had it pumped and back in action within 5 hours, remarkable work, I would highly highly recommend Lehi to anyone that requires septic / cesspool work as Lehi is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional with an amazing price. Our septic tank was so full that it backed up, causing our ground level toilet to overflow. We needed help & fast! After explaining our emergency situation over the phone, Lehi assured me that he could help us. He showed up shortly after our call and went straight to work. After pumping the septic tank, he did some troubleshooting and discovered there was secondary issue; a clog between the house and the tank. Lehi cleared the clog and got our septic system up and running! He also gave us tips on preventative maintenance and how to avoid septic system issues in the future. Excellent customer service, communication and workmanship! I highly recommend and I will definitely be calling him again to schedule our next septic pump. Mahalo Lehi! read more

I called Lehi for my clogged sump pump and made an appointment the next morning at 7:30a (on Labor Day). He came at exactly 7:30 and got to work. By 9a he and removed the old sump, installed the new one and ran it through a test cycle. He cleaned up and even hauled my old sump to the driveway so I could easily load it on my truck. Many of you know how traumatic it is when your sump pump goes bad so my advice is the following: Get wired or wireless alarm Have a spare pump (preferably the same so replacement is simple) Have a spare float Call this guy. He can pump and repair in one visit. read more

If I could leave more stars I would. From start to finish Lehi was nothing but helpful, insightful, professional and pleasant to work with. He stepped in to the middle of a bad situation and turned the whole experience around. Lehi went out of his way to find original drawings of our septic system and walked us through what needed to be done to help us save some money. My entire family is grateful to have found him and he has definitely earned life long clients. read more

I don't write reviews but this guy is running a questionable business to say the least. The one star review should be a 0. Called Lehi and asked for him to check out my cesspool that was filling up. He didn't mention the long drive, the cost, or what he planned to do. Just said he can come. He came out the next day with his pumping truck and wanted to pump it out right away. All good. I asked him how much to pump and he said $350. Then he walked away from me walking back to his truck and said he can do it for $300 without letting me say a word. He then put on his gear to begin pumping and I had to stop him and ask if there was room to negotiate based on pricing I had received from another company and research done online. He laughed at me and complained about the long drive and was utterly insulted and offended i would even ask. I respectively declined due mostly to his indignant, rude attitude. Then he says "okay pay me for gas." I tried not to laugh at his unprofessionalism but he simply walked away and drove off. At best this guy is running an unprofessional, overpriced business. At worst this is a total scam pressuring home owners to feel guilty by just showing up and expecting payment for whatever number he throws out there. Garbage. Borderline ready to report this dude and Pacific Pumping. read more

He is professional, courteous and timely. He is definitely an expert in this fIeld as he was able to answer other questions regarding the problems I was having with my septic system and provide possible solutions or options. The area where my tank is located from the main road required connecting a lot of hoses to complete the project. It was completed and he even took the time to flush the chambers to ensure everything worked properly. Definitely recommend his service. Mahalo read more

I called Pacific Pumping Service on a Thursday and spoke to Lehi the owner to schedule to pump our septic tank for Saturday. When I met him, he was very nice, honest and friendly. We share our septic tank with our neighbor and have to pump the septic every five months because it can get full fast. What I really like about Pacific pumping is that at the end of the pumping hose there was about a five feet long three inch wide sewer pvc pipe at the end so it makes it easier o penetrate solid mass and it makes his job easier too! Very smart idea. I highly recommend Pacific Pumping Service!! read more

Lehi pumped out my cesspool, power washed the walls, did an acid treatment and installed a riser. The riser looks great and I won't have to dig up the ground anymore to get to the lid. His prices were competitive. He was professional, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. He let me know that my cesspool was still in good shape and the general capacity. While at my place, my neighbor came over to talk to him and she also scheduled some work with him. Pacific Pumping & Septic Service offers services island wide. I would use them again and I highly recommend them. read more
