Top notch fabricators. They did a custom job for me and I was blown away by the quality of work. I'm just a regular homeowner so I'm surprised they even took on a small job like mine, but they were so nice and professional. Not to mention, cost effective. They came out cheaper and higher quality than the other quote I got. read more

Called the office for quote for sand blasting and powder coating lumber rack, was told the sales person "Danielle" would have to contact me. Two days later I reached out again and this time I was told the "owner" would contact me. Honestly didn't care who would contact me, just somebody. Again, no response. I then went to their website and used their "contact us" link but again have not been contacted. Maybe they perform great work or possibly they are so busy they do not need work, I don't know, but that certainly lack customer focus. Ironically, I was referred to from a former employee...... read more

This place really isn't too professional in there customer service and worksmanship... Ok long story short... i called the place to see if they do powdercoating on rims the lady over the phone said yes, i took in 4 center rim pieces to get it blasted and powdercoated. now 1 of my rim piece is not warrantied because of a metal putty that i repaired becuase there were some pits in 1 of the spokes. the service writer Hailey told me that it might not hold up, ok that's fine with me. so over 2 weeks my rim pieces are done, cool went to go pick them up and also looked at first 2 of the rim pieces because they brought it out stacked on top of eachother wrapped in plastic wrap. it looks good paid for it and took it home. when i was at home i layed them side by side to inspect 1 more time in a well lit room. i then notice 1 of the rim piece had a slightly thicker coating that made it look like an orange peel, sagging, runny lava texture. it was not smooth like the rest of them. so i called up Pac powder coating to let them know about my findings service writer says ok bring it in i have my tech look at it. took in they look at it and see's what I'm talking about... I was really concern about the thicker layer coated orange peel sagging run lava texture. the tech tells me it's because of the surface of the metal that why it looks like that. then the service writer says that why you don't blast aluminum it'll get pits and chips on them the tech has been doing this for 15 years. she was like how do you know it's not the 1 you puttied, I thought you said you weren't going to be picky, this is why we arent going to do rims anymore I'm going to have to charge you more to redo it just getting all defensive. the tech and hailey the service writer just back up each other saying it's like my fault for choosing that route. wow! apparently they were denying the fact that it was a coating defect and would not honor my warranty. i wasn't going to argue with them it was 2 against 1 also i don't want to waste my time doing so. I was going to let them redo it but i just didnt trust them anymore also i didnt mine paying extra but it just got bitter the service writer she was just plain rude. all i have to say is that it doesnt matter if you have 15 years of experience there are always human errors know your fault and correct it dont deny it. i've took the rim piece to a specialist he definitely told me it's a powdercoating defect strictly in the hands of the person that coated this rim piece. all in all this place may seem very professional with website has been around for over 20 years is not the place to go if your a random person doing some projects because your business to them is not important... I am also taking this to BBB soon... read more

I had a small project that most companies would not even want to bother with. I stopped in just before Christmas & not only did they accept the project, they took the time to hear what I was trying to do & offered suggestions that improved my initial idea. After I left they called with another slight modification that further enhanced the finished product. If I ever have a big job I am not going to hesitate where to go! read more

This place is very unprofessional and has THE WORST customer service! Go somewhere else! After driving all the way down to their offices, J.T. made a commitment to get me a quote on an order within 2 days. He not only failed to get me a quote within the promised 2 days but after almost 2 WEEKS he said he couldn't even do the order at all because he was so disorganized and behind with other projects. This business is very unreliable and unprofessional. I would encourage you to go somewhere else to avoid a stressful experience! read more

these folks took my old beat up lumber rack and made it look better than brand new. I will use them any chance I get. They did a excellent job, their service was fantastic, they went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied. I'll be recommending them any chance I get. not sure how they could get anything but a perfect rating. Wish I could place a picture of my new truck with my new old lumber rack here, looks sweet. read more

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased I am with the work you and your team did on the kiosks. Frankly, I am accustomed to vendors over-promising and under-delivering. In this case you exceeded my expectations not only in service, but also in the quality of the product that you delivered. It is really outstanding. I hope you will pass this along to your team to let them know that their work is appreciated. I look forward to placing an order soon and working together in the future. read more

I was just looking for their address for another project and saw the bad reviews. I have used these guys for 3 separate vintage motorcycle projects. I've been pleased with each project, quality and price. Know that I am a fussy-type restorer of $15k bikes. read more

Jeff the owner claims he has tried to reach out to me via email; however, I have not been contacted by Jeff or any one from Pacific Powder Coating. My door was powder coated at the 8637 23rd Ave location four years ago. Perhaps after the fiasco with my door they decided not to take such orders. I should have mentioned I would be writing a Yelp review when I picked up my door and I would not be an unhappy customer. Like I indicated, I did not get an apology for the mistake and I refused to pay for the total order. It was never suggested by PPC. BTW, Jeff, a.f., is a female! read more

WOW what a great outfit to work with.... my iron driveway gate needed a total refurbishing after only 5 years. JT at Pacific Powder Coating offered the right service, finishing treatment and guarantee I couldn't get from Villa Iron who first fabricated the gate! The employees at Pacific Powder Coating, from start to finish, were professional, courteous and EXPERTS in their field. Their operation is first class! I highly recommend Pacific Powder Coating without hesitation. My thanks to all of you at Pacific Powder Coating! read more

Had a bicycle frame sandblasted here. They were way ahead of schedule and under-budget. They didn't even charge me the minimum that they said they would. It's so rare to find business that under-promise and over-deliver to that degree. read more
