    correct right front fender

I was extremely excited when I finally received a phone call (into the third week after I was promised 5 to 7 working days) that my antique toy car was complete. The horror I experienced when I saw the finished product was indescribable! Left front parking light had been apparently ground off completely. I was given some lame excuse that it was bondo and it just disappeared! I have been restoring these old toys for many years and have never encountered any with a parking light that was not part of the cast aluminum body. These toys are getting extremely difficult to find and when found are quite costly. It is a labor of love restoring these cars and now after paying $210.00 to get it powder coated, and $500.00 to purchase this body shell, it is worthless in its current condition. Thanks for nothing American Stripping! You made you money, but I am out of a decent product!

Fresh powder coat on old steel frame bike. 10/10 would recommend

I am very impressed with American Stripping Co's work! These guys recently media blasted and powder coated my old steel frame bike. Despite being pretty busy, Reid was very attentive and responsive to my questions. He even gave my dad and me a brief tour of the facility when we came in to pick out the powder color... excellent customer service! They finished the job faster than expected, too... bonus points! Overall, the powder coat was impeccable. The media blasting took care of some surface rust on the frame, and the powder coat was so smooth and glossy. A+ for everything! Keep up the good work, guys. :)

Hi i have 4 aluminum beadlock rings that anodized black. I wanted to remove the color to have a machine raw look. Do you think sandblasting would do the job? I tried to use oven cleaner but it wouldnt remove?

Hey Tuan, This is a good question. Abrasive blasting or specific acids like Hydrochloric or Phosphoric Acid are effective ways for removing anodized coatings. However, abrasive blasting alters the surface texture, which will not match the desired…

Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. I wish you the best and hope you are able to resolve your concerns through another certified shop." keep in mind he's the one who contacted and showed up first . to multiple shops after I chose his competitor(s) haven't seen this man since 2024. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

One year later and my wife is smirking at me as she observes two large boxes (containing carbon fiber pieces for my car) being delivered onto our front porch. After securing the parts, I knew exactly who I would contact for installation services...Imperial Works! If you have read any of my past reviews, you know that I'm fond of their customer service and overall expertise. Since my work schedule was pretty crazy, Jenny made an exception by allowing for me to drop my car off the afternoon prior to the day of my actual appointment (thanks Jenny & team for your flexibility). After Wesley inspected the parts to ensure that everything was complete, I handed over my keys and headed off to work! Late afternoon the next day, I received a text that the installation had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. As my Lyft driver dropped me off in front of the establishment, I observed my sexy car sitting pretty with her new front lip and side skirts! Before processing payment and handing over my keys, the always personable David, explained to me the process and tools needed to safely secure the parts to the car (a big concern considering how dangerous it would be if a part were to fly off while on the road). To further elaborate on the measures taken to ensure a quality installation, David also explained that they used their own fasteners for the installation; versus using the sometimes mediocre fasteners that are shipped with some car accessories. The attention to detail and customer service is truly what keeps me coming back. Sometime next year (Lord willing) I plan on paying Imperial Works a visit to have my car vinyl wrapped in a color that closely resembles BMW's San Marino Blue (thank you Joe for patiently answering my silly questions pertaining to wraps)!

From top-tier customer service to consistently high-quality work, they're hands down the go-to shop in Sacramento. Attention to detail, professionalism, and results you can always trust.
