I cannot say enough great things about Sean and his team with Pacific Pizza! I used their services for my rehearsal dinner this past weekend and I'm so glad I made this decision! Everyone at the party was very impressed with not only the quality of food, but their excellent service, punctuality, and fantastic set up. Many of our guests said that this pizza was some of the best they've ever had. The crust, sauces, and different recipe combos were absolutely exceptional. Sean was communicative, kind, professional, and SO friendly! He was talking to some of our guests at the party in between making the pizzas/bringing them to our party area and was happy to answer any questions we had for him, which everyone absolutely loved! He truly made it a well-rounded experience. He also was very flexible when we needed to make an adjustment to the timing which we appreciated so so much. I was given this pizza companies number from my husband who experienced them at one of his car rallies. My husband thought maybe we could hire them for our sons first birthday party... ok I didn't have a lot of expectations, my husband loves food and so do I but when it comes to pizza I didn't think much of a pizza catering company but if that's what he wants then ok. WOW, let me tell you... from the moment I contacted them it was easy, really easy, almost too seamless and easy... I thought maybe this is going to be a huge disaster, will they actually show up, on time? The day of the party they showed up!!! And they showed out!!! Sean and shane Are AMAZING!!! I had nothing to worry about at all! I got to enjoy my friends and family and they handled absolutely everything! My guests really enjoyed them and the whole setup, the wood fired oven, the pizza, the spread of pork sliders, (everyone is still talking about them!) the skewers and salad, and my favorite, the jalepeno, honey pizza!!! And the food just kept coming! No one went home hungry, although everyone was trying to take home any extra sliders and when they were finished they cleaned up and disappeared! I didn't have to do anything!!! We had 50 guests, ranging from 6months to 78 and that's hard to keep everyone happy and satisfied but everyone was happy with the food and continued to rave about it the next day. I even have people asking me for the information so they can have them at their next business function or birthday!!! Yea, you could have Chipotle catered ORRRR you could have Sean come to your house with a retrofitted truck bed with an 800 degree wood fired pizza oven on top of it and take you for a culinary ride!!! No butane burners here, everything cooked fresh in front of your eyes. The only thing that isn't prepared on site is the super secret pesto sauce which I highly recommend. Had a birthday party for my wife and it was an absolute hit. We have 3 young kids so being able to get some authentic neopolitain pizza without leaving home was great. We were short a table, he had one, he brought some salads, super easy and well worth it. A truly unique experience and would highly recommend to anyone!!! read more

The guys here are super nice. Price is $11 for a 10-11 inch pizza. The pizza quality is fine, but not special in anyway. Bronx, Pizza Port, Basic, Luigis are all better. This might be below CPK but above Oggi's and Sammy's. The problem is that it is not filling or flavorful. The sign of a good crust is one that you hold up and it doesn't flop around, this one goes flaccid instantly. read more

I ran into this Artisan Pizza Baker at the Helix Brewery, a place I like to frequent a lot, shh... I ordered the pepperoni, sausage, and red onions with a red sauce thin crust pizza for what I think was around $10, but it could of been $11. I can't remember give I was at a brewery. Anyways, the pizza was delicious. It was a little uneven baked, with some burnt crust ends but it was no biggie. The sauce was tasty and not to overwhelming. It provided a good light tomato flavor. The toppings were all good and I especially liked the semi spicy pepperoni slices. The ground sausage was good yet simple. Some nice fennel added to the meat would of been nice. The red onions were fresh cut but I think they should of been cut into more manageable pieces for easy eating. The pizza came with just the right amount of cheese. If you like think crust pizzas, well you are going to live what these guys make. This pizza was an ultra thin crust pizza. It was crispy through out, and I was very surprised how well it help up to the ingredients on top. The two gents running the food stand were down to earth friendly and quite efficient in their pizza making skills from the back of a modified old fashion truck. read more

Sean's pesto for the day was a cilantro and lemon pesto, so bright and yummy! With the addition of the Capetown spices, peperdew peppers and sausage, it makes a great combination if you love flavor that just bursts in your mouth. If you like a little heat, then add pepper flakes. The crust is thin and light, and the cheese is not overwhelming. Add the great customer service and reasonable price, you have a great deal! Sean made pizza for about 20 of us. He was punctual, friendly, and the pizza was top notch. Great thin crust and fresh quality toppings; real Neapolitan style if you want but he can add more toppings for a more American version (nothing like Costco, not that Costco is bad but this is the real deal). You have to book Sean and Pacific Pizza for your next event! The process is seamless and Sean is very easy to communicate with! We used him for back to back events in June and July (20-40 guests) and both parties were hugely successful! Everyone loved the pizza and appetizers (we did caprese skewers)! Plus, Sean was incredibly accommodating for different dietary needs without compromising on taste - vegan, vegetarians, and meat eaters were equally pleased! Sean came about an hour before the party started to set up and was all set to go when guests arrived! The set up is quite fun and the guests love seeing the live oven! There was never a pizza-less moment. Sean and his partners have a fun, amiable personality which makes the whole atmosphere so wonderful! I've had oven cooked pizza from food trucks that weren't bad. At my buddy Daniel's wedding I tasted pizza from a wood fired pizza oven that was mobile. It literally reminded me of the best pizzas I had in Italy during a trip. You can't replace that incredible crust you get from the glowing coals from wood.
