What made thing frustrating was that after 45 minutes I was told that my pizza was in the oven and that it should be out soon. At an hour and fifteen minutes waiting I was told that they were going to put it in and would have it out in 15 minutes. So it was not in the oven like I was told. The meatballs came out looking burnt. The pizza was a little like a shallow deep dish and it was soggy. She had one slice and left the rest. I had a chili cheese baked potato. Not exactly Italian, but my options were limited as a celiac at an Italian joint. I'm fairly certain they served it with nacho cheese. It was... not good. I've never left a 1* review before today, but we were seated next to a couple who tried to return a dish and they were told by the kitchen that the dish wouldn't be remade. They were clearly disappointed with the service. If you choose to go, I hope you have a better experience than we did. Mostly great! Stick to their pizza - it's the best thing they do. The crust is PERFECT, as is the sauce. Their combos are wonderful.
