There was a literal swarm of flies in the seating area, and the door wasn't open or anything, so it made me concerned for what other pest issues they might have. The booth seats desperately need to be replaced. Seats look like they've been attacked by werewolves (I know they love Twilight here, but it made a really bad first impression). Definitely a packed and busy place. The staff had a tough time keeping up, which I felt bad about, but we waited over an hour for our pizza and had to ask about it 2 different times. This food was not very good. The pizza from the pizza cabinet, where they take slices from, had to be in there for most of the day. It was not good. Forks has limited food choices for a sit down lunch right now as many of the favorites are closed (for renovation?). Pacific Pizza has really good pizza, but the interior really needs a bit of a refresh (and a good cleaning?) We had the lunch special- one slice of the house pizza and one trip to the salad bar. (Yes they salad bar is open post covid!) It was reasonable, fast, and hit the spot. I did notice the deck outside seemed to be the place to go if you had pets in tow, and is serviced also. But it is right in the sun with no shade, and the people eating looked pretty sweaty trying to enjoy their lunch on a warm, sunny day. I know a lot of the reviews on here said the service was slow but we didn't have any problems! You order at the counter, take a number, and pick your seat. They bring the food out to your table. My friend and I placed our order together so we could hopefully get our food at the same time. Our appetizer came out first and the pizza came out shortly after. Food was good, we even had left overs to bring back to the hotel! The interior was pretty average for that of any pizza place! It was comfortable, when we went most of the tables were clean! Weird thing, we ordered a mimosa at the start gave our ID (valid, florida) and got the drink no problem. Ordered a spinach salad and a small pizza as well as the lasagne. The lasagne was decent but the salad wasn't great not a lot of greens but tons of egg and bacon bits. What made thing frustrating was that after 45 minutes I was told that my pizza was in the oven and that it should be out soon. At an hour and fifteen minutes waiting I was told that they were going to put it in and would have it out in 15 minutes. So it was not in the oven like I was told.
