We first enrolled about a year ago and Michael and Martha did an intake evaluation to make sure Pippa would fit in. After that Pippa was enrolled in their daycare 2x a week. One fabulous thing about Wiggling Tails is that they do pick up and drop offs in the city! Michael, Martha, and team are excellent communicators and are willing to be flexible. I LOVE all the fun photo shoots they do. They are so creative and go above and beyond. I'm including in my post the Valentine's Day and Mother's Day photo shoots which they framed for me . In addition to the photo shoots they will take action shots and videos of your pup during the day. I have always felt safe sending Pippa to Wiggling Tails. Pippa is always so excited when she sees the Wiggling Tails van and will literally leap into the crate in the back (and she hates crates)! I love Wiggling Tails and highly highly recommend them. Not only do I trust and love Wiggling Tails for my dog's weekly daycare (and periodically overnight boarding), but Lizou LOVES them too... He knows that when he goes to Daycare, he's in for a day of fun with some doggos AND some humans. Getting Lizou integrated into the Wiggling Tails schedule at a young age (~6months) was the BEST decision we ever made -- for me, and for Lizou (for structure, for dog friendliness, etc.). I actively recommend my friends' pups to consider them too! Now, Lizou even has dog friends that he has known from "the outside" within the Daycare schedule! Also.. the pickup/drop off schedule is one of a kind in the bay area, and SO convenient to work around work schedules! He was always out and about, whether at the park or the beach, and I loved getting daily photo and video updates that kept me reassured and happy. Before the long stay, I actually brought Toby to her once a week for three weeks so he could get comfortable, and it made all the difference. A tired dog is a good dog! :) We have also used Active Care for boarding. It's really a gift to know Luna will be in good hands while we're away and not need to worry. Luna loves hanging out with Sue's dogs and playing in her backyard. Sue often will send us a text or a short video of Luna playing, which is so nice to receive when we miss our sweet girl. When I first moved to her area, a neighbor recommended Dani to me, and I was a little nervous - pickups at my house without me there? No in-person visits to the farm? I was just supposed to trust this stranger with everything? Heck I have probably spent maybe 15 minutes max seeing Dani in person over the years (bc her team usually does our pickup) and yet I now trust her like family bc I have seen her put my dog - and all his unique quirks and personality - first, time and time again. - Pre-COVID it was amazing to find someone who could do pickups and dropoffs - I, like most people, can't guarantee a drop off on my way to work or even a specific pickup before 5pm, which made arrangements with typical daycares impossible. Knowing that my dog would be home and comfortable was amazing. - My dog - didn't like strangers before, was scared of the first team member to come pick him up - no worries, Dani moved the schedule around to make sure someone he was comfortable with was picking him up, even coming personally for some periods of time! Her team of dog lovers are also awesome - you can tell they're happy to see your dog too! - Neighbor moved, we were no longer super convenient for her route, she could have reasonably dropped us or raised our rates, but she stuck with us, going out of her way every day and never increasing our rates by a dime. In fact, she rescheduled our pickups around days that another dog whom Dani recognized as my dog's "best friend" could attend. - COVID hit, and for several reasons, we had to greatly reduce how often we could send my pup. Dani was there for us, accommodating around our life changes, payment timelines, scheduling needs, all completely outside her policies. It was obvious she made it personal at this point. It was all just her supporting my dog as his personal guardian angel. As we start returning to offices, I'm struggling to imagine going back to commuting without Dani. We are about to move, and Dani's service area was actually one of the top 5 considerations in our housing search. When we were unable to make that happen this time, Dani graciously offered to help us find a new option. She's in our corner and all about our dog's safety through and through. I can't recommend her enough. If your dog can join Heeling Star, you have to do it!

I can honestly say Lynda is one of the only people that's not a family member that I trust wholeheartedly with his care. It also helps that he has become best friends with one of her recent foster fails I love that they only take small (or very calm larger dogs), allow them to cuddle in bed and most importantly only use positive reinforcement.
