Logan listened, asked a few follow-up questions, and then told me one thing I could try that he thought might solve the problem. I took his advice and it worked! Now I have a fireplace that works again, and it turns out I don't even need to replace the pilot assembly after all. What impressed me most is Logan didn't have to help me the way he did. He could have easily just scheduled a service call and replaced the part, but instead he took the time to help me troubleshoot it first. In my opinion, that says a lot about someone and proves he is honest and trustworthy. I haven't scheduled the service yet, but I absolutely will be using Logan when it's time to have the fireplace serviced. Great experience all around. Logan earned the 5 stars!
