These guys put in this new type of flooring and we were the first to get it in the area. Their installer of 30 years had never put this type in it was that new. We had faith in them and their service. Big mistake. Well after installation, we started to get bubbles in areas. We called them and they sent a product rep who looked around and left. We heard nothing back. We called again and they thought it had "been fixed". We called and called and nothing. So we spent thousands on a product they recommended and its absolute garbage. I have talked to others and come to find they have had problems with these guys too. Either bad product or bad customer service. This is what happens when someone thinks they know support and how to find a need and fullfill it. All these guys care about is the sale. After that, you are on your own. I would never use this crap company again and if i could do it over again, i would have even used home depot instead. You have been warned so if you get ripped off like me, you deserve it.
