I ended up purchasing a used 2006 Yamaha from them, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The installation of the new motor, tachometer, and throttle control was incredibly clean and professionally done. Working with Mike was an excellent experience from start to finish. He's personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. The turnaround time was much quicker than I expected, and what really stood out was how it felt like I was dealing with friends rather than just a business. That kind of customer service is pretty special these days. They're a little farther of a drive for me than I'd prefer, but it's absolutely worth it. I won't be taking my boat--or my business--anywhere else. Highly recommended!

After owning 3 other tow boats we switched to Tige, it has an amazing design and is easy to use. My last boat was a Centurion Ri237. Here is what we noticed with the Tige 25ZX. Tows better on a trailer, yes. And yes, both used a boatmate triple axle trailer - but because the centurion doesn't have much bow weight the Tige has a superior tow ride. Launch: the Tige is much easier to get both on and off the trailer - hull design makes the difference. Surfing: The Tige has a wider wave that has a huge sweet spot. The Ri237 had a longer wave that is narrower than the Tige - I prefer the Tige wave. Yes, the Tige wave is epic and enormous. Boat comfort - no comparison - Tige takes the title. Engine noise: the Tige 440 is half as loud as the Centurion 450 and works much less at the same surf speed. Electronics: Tige is easier to use, including the Ri245 I recently was in. Tubing/kneeboarding/wake Skating/skiing, etc....superior in the Tige because of the convex hull - yes - it really does work. Clint treats you like he wants to keep you buying boats and gear. Very laid back and super easy to work with. Absolutely stands behind his product - and his team knows what they are doing. Huge contrast to other dealers who want to sell you one boat, which may not even be the best boat for you. Buy a great boat from a great dealer, peace of mind.

But what they did for me recently went so far above and beyond, it felt like old-school 1950s legendary integrity--the kind of human decency you just don't see with companies anymore. While working a temporary job out of state, I had to run back to Washington with my trailer. During the trip, I missed a wide turn and completely bent my trailer axle. It was 4:05 PM on a Friday, and I was scheduled to haul it back out of state the very next morning. Frantic, I called Torklift, and they told me to come right in. Getting caught up in rush-hour traffic, I called back to tell them I'd be four minutes late--which was after closing time. Instead of locking up, they told me they would wait. Nobody does that anymore. When I arrived, DJ and Keegan moved mountains to help me. Initially, they were completely booked out for a week. I was beside myself with stress because I absolutely had to be back at my new job Monday morning. DJ and Keegan were incredibly kind, empathetic, and understanding. They managed to squeeze me into the schedule for first thing Monday morning.I arrived Monday at opening and waited. We were all at the mercy of the parts delivery team, which didn't drop off the components until mid-day. The absolute second those parts arrived, Foreman Brandon and his mechanic Chris raced to work, thrashing to fix my trailer as fast as humanly possible. Senior Foreman "Eagle-eye" Johnny masterfully coordinated every single step of the workflow, flawlessly running the shop and managing multiple other clients at the same time. The entire team rallied together, going completely out of their way to get me back on the road. Because of their absolute tenacity, I was able to roll out of there a few minutes before closing that same day.I could never truly repay this team for their immense kindness. They didn't just operate as a business; they showed up as a team of genuinely good human beings trying to help out another person in a bind. They treated me like royalty.
