Almost forgot to leave a review! I would've punched myself! Don is awesome. These days it's hard to find businesses that are more concerned about the customer's well-being than that of the business's. I studied business; I know the business's existence is to make profit; however, a good business will be smart to maximize its profits for the long run by maintaining good service, reputation and relation with their customers. Don runs his business in a manner (from my experience) which leads his customers back to him...again and again. Sometimes, I feel like just stopping by to say "hi" because of his friendly nature - feels like an uncle who is doing you a favor but always remembers to get his fair share ;] He helped me save a lot of money (that's always good), but more than the money saving, I'm more happy with his service and selflessness. Simple and quick notary and he had an envelope for me to send my paperwork. 4 stars because it wasn't open at 8:30 like posted but I got to do my grocery shopping in the meantime. He was very nice and an alum of my college so I'd stop by again if I needed to send something. read more

I called Don a couple days ago about their shredding services as my work needed a couple legal boxes worth of documents shredded. He was very kind on the phone and told me that they have a container there that holds approximately two legal size boxes worth of paper, and that whatever I could get into that box, they would do for only $12! That's a deal if you ask me.... Two days later I finally got around to taking the documents down there towards the end of the day, and Don remembered my phone call. Once I had finished stuffing the container with all the documents, he helped me strategically place the paper in the crate so that it could close and be sent to the shredder. They also offered to have a certificate sent back to us once the documents were destroyed for our records, which I happily accepted. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely go back if the need arises again. Thank you very much Don for your assistance and kindness. First time needing anything notarized. Looked on yelp and liked the good reviews this place received. Decided to check it out and was not disappointed. Friendly service and was able to ship out a package too! I thought this place was located to the left of Ralph's, but it's actually right by Jamba Juice on the other side of the plaza. The store is supposed to open at 8:30AM on week days, which is stated here on Yelp and on the entrance door of the store. When I came at 9AM this morning the store was closed. No sign of anyone there. No note. I have never had anything like that happened before and I think this should be unacceptable as I wasted my time driving there in the morning. read more

In Zootopia the DMV guy is played by a sloth. This is my same experience I have with our local Post Office. There are 3-5 people to help but it takes forever and as a mom of more than 1 kid - I can't afford mailing a package to take long. Don has been my saving grace mail-go-to for the last 4 years. He is helpful in finding me the best box to fit my package and the cheapest way to get what I need to where (depending on time and location) I need it to go. He is kind and patient with my kids and efficient. He is knowledgeable about his business. Had an awesome experience at Pacific Mail. Needed a few documents notarized and it was very quick and easy. Don was very helpful and accommodating. I needed to send out the documents to arrive at a PO Box in Hawaii ASAP and he took care of the details and made sure I knew that USPS had already been by, but that I could drop it at the Post Office myself but needed to go ASAP to make pick-up. This is my third year using this place as my primary mailbox. Consistently efficient- they get rid of your junk mail for you. I don't know about anyone else but junk mail was one of the things that I hated most about receiving mail. Very reliable service, reasonable costs,no special fees, and best of all you never have to worry about someplace refusing to deliver as it is not a PO Box! I couldn't ask for more! read more

Had to come down here to send some bits to Japan as they are my closest kuro-neko place. It's $50 to send a small (think USPS medium size) box to Japan. I paid $3 for the box, filled it at home and then brought it back to be collected by Yamato mail. Service was friendly and fast. I just wish it was closer to where I live. read more

A little pricey, however that could just be the standard rate for mail nowadays. It's just so quick and such an easy process. Don seems to always be working every time I go.
