Happy alternative to the always busy and never very kind post office. You will pay more stamps here ($15/booklet), but when you need them, it's worth it. They also can calculate the cheapest/fastest way to ship packages, and around the holidays this is always helpful. If you have to wait in line, it won't be a long one! read more

This is my third year using this place as my primary mailbox. Consistently efficient- they get rid of your junk mail for you. I don't know about anyone else but junk mail was one of the things that I hated most about receiving mail. Had an awesome experience at Pacific Mail. Needed a few documents notarized and it was very quick and easy. Don was very helpful and accommodating. Had to come down here to send some bits to Japan as they are my closest kuro-neko place. It's $50 to send a small (think USPS medium size) box to Japan. I paid $3 for the box, filled it at home and then brought it back to be collected by Yamato mail. Service was friendly and fast. I just wish it was closer to where I live. read more

I will go out of my way not to mail things here because of the owner. The guy has no common courtesy. I have been in Pacific Mail probably over 15 times out of convenience and each time I am appalled at what he says to people. I have been asked what is in the package I am shipping (in detail and not having anything to do with insuring it, etc.), he charges for a piece of tape to seal your box, and I overheard him telling a woman she was not allowed to use his credit card machine for a small charge (which is illegal). He said "I can hear change in the bottom of your purse, dig it out" and sent her to her car to search for more. He is arrogant, cheap, and rude. He charges you the absolute highest price for shipping anything unless you tell him otherwise. read more

This place has not let me down. I have mailed items all the way across the country as well as items about an hour away. The people that work there are very nice and answer any questions you have regarding shipping weight and estimated delivery times etc. I read the reviews regarding questions too personal but I have yet to experience that at all. I've noticed sometimes the shipping costs are a little more than I expected but at the same time it's prob worth the money than driving to another mail place.
