Two guys from CrawlPros tore out all the old insulation, old plastic 'vapor barrier,' and other construction mess, and then they re-did all the insulation and put down a new white/clean vapor barrier that covered then entire floor...they were super fast and very clean...it looks like a nice professional job down there now!

Install day came. The install guys were FANTASTIC. Everything was great until I got the bill - more than 10% more than the bid amount. I called to complain - no response. Called again and I got a math worksheet on how they came to that number, but no explanation why it wasn't in the bid amount. Checked on it again, with so response. I've given this company several opportunities, and have only received finance charges. If you are looking for a solid bid, skip Specialty.

They sent one of there guys out to inspect and he told me he thought it was coming in through the chimney itself. He gave me several tubes of sealant and some advice.
