I came at 8:30 and service was closed. I called to service but nobody respond me. There was also another guy who was waiting and also had an appointment. After half an hour waiting, that guy said that service respond to him and said that service will be opened at 12 pm and he should drop keys in mail box hole. WHAT? For me service continuously not responding. That whole situation was weird and I decided go home. Service did not respond whole day and days after. TLDR. Horrible service, I spent my work time, which for me hard to find and nobody even respond to me. No respect to customers, just don't spend a time.

I went in to replace the entire gear assembly and to check what else is maybe wrong with my car…read more The job to replace the entire gear shift was 1,200+ plus , and 7,000$ more for other work that needed to be done. It was maybe 150-200$ for just the check up what needs to be done so might as well get it done. I decided to just get the gear assembly done they had my car for 3-4 days. I mean the job was done, but this is the minor issue that I notice the first day I got it back .I can't see my gear shift when I reverse, park or put into drive at night. Usually the letters will glow red but it doesn't. I don't know if it's something they didn't notice since I noticed at night, I haven't called or anything about it bc I work full time and having it at the shop for another few days means a bunch of money spent on Uber.

Lucky to find such an accommodating and competent shop. The owner Rubin got my car scheduled in immediately for the inspection and then two days later for repairs after waiting for parts. I took my 2015 BMW 328i in for an air conditioning problem and was quoted over $4,200 to replace…read morethe condenser, filter, and drier (plus Freon). After checking with other reputable repair shops, every one of them quoted the same job between $2,700 and $3,000. That's a huge difference. When I called to pick up my car and mentioned I'd found a better price, they told me their quote was "negotiable." To me, that says a lot. A reputable shop should provide a fair, honest estimate the first time--not test how much they can get away with charging. I didn't move forward with the repair, so I can't speak to the quality of their work, but the pricing approach alone was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
