They had 2 pairs in stock as most items are special ordered. While the paper work was completed I walked around the little display. I was shown one pair of compression socks as my healing left foot was still a bit tender and swollen. They have a little room to wait in. I decided to just buy one pair since $58+ seemed a bit steep on price for me plus they pair they had was actually a men's socks and looked like what little old ladies wear...ahem... I am a short old lady for sure... one flight is 12+ hours so hopefully it will help. The lady at the counter and the lady who helped me were both nice and friendly.

The person at the front was very nice and helpful and informative. Even asked if we have any questions about the shoes that he had gotten. I'm so glad that there are places that cater to our needs because if he went into a regular shoe store, they would more than likely wouldn't have what he would need. But I know that I would maybe we should've gone shoe shopping ok, ok but it was worth it going to this place and I was glad that the person there was very helpful. They're the ones who are being anal and detailed about everything before they approve such devices. So, they really are great people. And YES... they are very helpful. Frank who's the branch manager & Dave the techy are 2 of 3 I met today. The other person who they WORK WITH from the Rehabilitation Center is named Devon. She's really really really AWESOME!! She has worked with my mom from the very beginning & has been able to accommodate her with ALL her necessities based on what she learned. Then she worked with the guys @ NSM & created the best custom fitted chair just for mommy. THANKS GUYS!!!
