Great service, fair pricing, and beautiful work!…read more I found this company through their Yelp reviews and messaged them through Yelp. They responded in less than 15 minutes and were able to schedule a free in-home estimate. Robert arrived right on time, helped us choose the right carpet and color, and gave us very helpful advice. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, so we decided to move forward. The crew came just one week later, right on schedule, removed our old carpet, and installed the new carpet beautifully. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. We're very happy with our stairs and would definitely recommend them!

Starting my review 1 year after install. Overall we had a poor experience for the following…read morereasons: 1. The general expectations for install were never communicated to us, we have never replaced flooring and didn't know they would be demoing the entire house and then installing, requiring us to vacate the home. For someone new, it's reasonable to assume they might go room by room? Maybe not. Setting out general expectations and timelines in advance would be great. 2. The job took much longer than originally stated. 3. Quality of baseboards that they replaced was much lower than what we originally had installed. 4. The overall quality of the install was poor. It was clear they had no idea how to work with this newer product. Especially when it came to the stairs which they redid and it's still not right. 5. Photos included of messy filler/caulking, install spaces between joints and large spaces next to walls, creaky steps (multiple). I waited one year to review as the sales person said that "of course the steps will creak when they are new but when they settle in it won't". I feel like they are "settled" now but they still creak like crazy. They weren't the cheapest quote we got, we thought we were getting quality install and were ok with paying more but that was not the case.

We initially thought that we could do it all ourselves but quickly realized that we needed to hire it out if we wanted to get it done within a reasonable timeframe, so we called Morfin Flooring Installation and Felipe was able to come out to see our space within the next day. We let him know that we already bought the flooring material and that some of the rooms were already demo'd. Very quick responses and a really competitive and reasonable price for the scope of work! For a huge space, Felipe and his team were able to get it done within 4 days (and this included grinding a lot of old thinset and leveling the ground)! He made sure the floor was perfectly level and worked efficiently and quickly but didn't take any shortcuts. The carpet guys were similarly professional and everyone was helpful and happy to answer any questions I had about the process.
