First off I'm an educated nurse and have worked in healthcare for well over 20yrs. Dr. Nash bedside manners and aseptic technique is awesome,, on the other hand I'm having issues with a root canal he did in one visit with no follow up appointment, usually after a root canal you f/u to make sure pain has subsided, he automatically approved for crown to be placed within 30 days, I went back multiple times telling him I'm still having pain and of course he blamed my pain on grinding my teeth and insisted I go ahead with crown placement so now I'm out of pocket another $600 for a night guard after paying for a root canal that didn't relieve my pain, mind you crown is placed I'm still in pain, the crown made the pain worse he won't even see me I literally have to take ibuprofen daily just to be comfortable enough to make it through my work day, clearly something is being missed, maybe the root canal didn't take, but don't discredit my pain, this is so unethical he won't listen to me, I'm suffering daily, I absolutely know what tooth ache pain feel like yet he won't even consider other option, I know there is other options other then suffering in pain. read more

I have been to four different dentists and this is the first time a dentist had thoroughly broken down what is going on in my mouth, all of the options, the risks and what he would do if it were his mouth. I left there feeling well informed and in a better position to make a decision on what my next move will he. The nurses assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Front desk was ok, didn't feel warm snd fuzzy when I walked in, but it is the first day back to work after a holiday, so anything could have been going on. Dr. Nash and his team are just amazing! I have had work done previously, which was very good, but I am writing this review for their genuine concern and care I received recently. I came to the office in a lot of distress. I was dealing with a very aggressive root canal infection. The pain was so severe. I had been to at least 8 different places before my appointment with Dr. Nash. Not one place showed me any concern or tried to help other than charging me a consultation fee and sending me away saying I need a specialist. Unfortunately, all specialist appointments were taken weeks in advance. Dr. Nash took one look at my situation and understood what needed to be done. He went out of his way to find me an appointment with an oral surgeon. Calling them himself and managing to get me a next day appointment. He did not charge me a single penny for any consultation that day because he knew it was a complex situation, and I had to be sent to a surgeon. The whole team assisted in helping me. Amazing people. I had a great experience with Dr. Nash. He has a calming nature and put me at ease right away. My only discomfort was the initial numbing injections and jaw pain from having my mouth open for the root canal. As soon as it was over & I could close my mouth, the jaw pain went away so that was super temporary. I felt no pain whatsoever from the procedure, itself, even after the numbing agent wore off. Referred to Dr. Brandon Nash by my dentist to have a prior root canal looked at. Had an appointment on 4/1 that went great and was very happy with the doctor. However, fast forward to today and I'm a little irritated. Started to have pain in the tooth yesterday and realized I never heard from my dentist about my consultation results. I called my dentist and they never received anything and they said they would call Dr. Nash's office. Confusing to me because Dr Nash's assistant had the Dr sign the consultation results and report while I was still in the office and informed me that she was faxing them over while I was leaving and this was on the 1st. I myself decided to call Dr Nash and was told by the secretary that they "sometimes get busy and that since I was seen on the fourth it was just taking a little bit of time to get the report over". WHAT??!!! Once again I was there on 4/1 not 4/4 and now it is 4/11.... and I was told it was being faxed over as I walked out of the office!!!! I understand how busy doctors are... I work in healthcare... but SERIOUSLY??!! As of right now I am hoping that it is in fact being sent. I feel an important part of being a trustworthy practice is to follow through with what is told to the patient... if I hadn't called my dentist today I doubt my report would have ever been sent over... now I'm starting to doubt the drs recommendation and diagnosis . Mind you this is for a diagnosis of something very concerning to the point that Dr. Nash wanted to refer me to an oral surgeon because he didn't feel comfortable with treating me and stresses the urgency of following up with my dentist. If I could give then a negative I would this place dosent even deserve the one star however I had to atleast give them that to put up a review. The front office staff is beyond rude and unhelpful. She acted as if I was bothering her because I had questions. Also they dont check your insurance before you go they swore they accepted our insurance when I got there she charged me a $30 co- pay and then said oh btw we dont work with your insurance you will have to pay out of pocket for any services done today. But did not offer to give me back my $30. So it was a big waste of my time and money didnt get any work done but paid $30 to be told sorry we cant help you unless your willing to pay in full yourself. I called Pacific Endodontist this morning after suffering through another night of pain. Dr. Nash fixed a broken root on my molar a few years ago. I remembered him as being very fast and gentle. I hoped he would be available again. Two other doctors at two other offices have not been able to tell if the pain I currently have was stemming from tooth #18 Or #19. Both have crowns and both have pain, 18 is tap sensitive while 19 is cold sensitive. The other two doctors wouldn't fix my tooth without being CERTAIN which tooth is the problem. Dr. Nash listened and ran through the same tests as before. He told me 19 is my problem, swelling is causing surrounding teeth some sensitivity. (This is what I suspected all along) So not only did his office squeeze me in today, they are fitting me in tomorrow after the last scheduled appointment, doing work other doctors refused, days before Christmas, and just before my insurance deductible starts over. I was given a referral to Pacific endodontics by my dentist and insurance. My appointment was made and I have been waiting for over a week and a half for the appointment. I got a voice mail today to confirm the appointment for tomorrow. When I called back to confirm my appointment for a root canal, the receptionist yelled at me and refused to listen when I tried to explain that my dentist and insurance company done the referral. My Procedure was quick, and that's a good thing for me because the dentist office always makes me nervous. Growing up my parents weren't really educated about oral care. So now all the neglected oral care has caught up to me. I had an appointment with Dr. Nash this morning and it went great. It was good to know he was there to assure that I wasn't feeling any pain during the procedure. I loved their service! I did have to go in for a consultation but just like any specialist you see they must do their own consultation before they do any treatment. Dr.Nash was the best he was very kind, understanding and took the time to explain what the problem was. He did a great job on the root canal, I've had fills that we're worsted than this. I didn't feel a thing except for the initial poke of the needle. My recovery was awesome I did not have any swelling and was back to work the next day.
