I was at this dentist yesterday and had a root canal done. I was really nervous but Dr. Le and his staff are very caring and constantly asking me if I'm doing okay. Referred to Dr Thao Le by Dr Katherine Sanchez(Tracy Center for Denistry). When I arrived at the doctor's office(8/19/25); the front desk staff member was kind, professional and respectful. I was later taken to the exam area for X-rays and consultation. Dr Le explained what the X-rays revealed and treatment(root canal). Due to a patient cancellation; Dr Le was able to treat my issue. Dr Le's bedside manner is second to none. He is down to earth, displays a calm demeanor, very professional, and he multi-tasks between patients with ease and efficiency. According to Dr Le's bio; he worked at a VA Dental facility. As veteran; I appreciate his service toward the treatment of veterans and I told him so..Dr Le is 100% solid. BTW The doctor's called me on 8/20/25 for status check. Advised staff; I feel ZERO pain and it's like nothing happened. This was my first EVER root canal and I'm actually amazed at ZERO pain the day after. Only meds taken: one 600mg IBU a few hours after procedure. Thx again Dr Le and your staff!!! Highly recommend I get REALLY stressed when I have to get a root canal. I can truly say this was an awesome experience. No pain, they made sure I was numb, Dr. Le used some vibrating device while doing the injections to distract me from the pain of numbing injections. I went to Dr. Le for two root canals and dental surgery that required stitches. I was dreading these procedures. Dr. Le was amazing. I recommend the doctors to everyone because of my previous experience at DeltaEndodontics but my last visit left a sour taste in my mouth because of the receptionist there. I tried to let it go but the way she belittled me because she thought I wasn't going to pay my bill and she was so rude to me and I wonder how this classy business has employees like this. I've always payed my bills, I've had like 5 root canals at deltaendo and I've never had any issues when it came down to paying my part or any of the girls being aggressive. The only reason I know her name is because when the amazing assistant that brought me up to the counter said that Alicia would be helping me out, to have a seat and she would call me. This girl had the audacity to say "she's gonna have to wait, I'm busy" when she finally called me up and as I was walking to her she was on her cell phone. Yup priorities right. Let me just start by saying I work in the industry where customers come first and their needs but this girl is not professional at all and when I called this week to complain about her one of the girls said they would be talking to the office manager and I doubt anything was done. So my last option was to yelp my review and the only reason i chose to do this was because when I went to see my general dentist this week, I expressed my recent experience with DeltaEndodontics and my receptionist said that she's been getting so many complaints about the girls upfront and guess who she always speaks to and is the rudest person there? Alicia. I will never be going there again, I need another root canal and I will be taking my dental insurance someplace else where the staff is friendly and where I feel safe. read more
