I do not have the best teeth so I make it a point to have the cleaning done every three or four months. GeriAnne has been my dental hygienist for the last several years and she has always been very professional and thorough... Not talking my ear off which I greatly appreciate. The staff was friendly and nice and the office was clean and neat. I was screened for Covid19 and my temp was checked. This made me feel secure about being there. I would have been disappointed if no safety measures had been taken. My hygienist did a very thorough job and was thoughtful and sensitive to my needs. It was a great experience and I look forward to my next visit. This sounds weird that I'm looking forward to going to the dentist but when you been sheltering at home for 2 months and finally get to go to a medical office that makes you feel cared for and everyone treats you like you're important, that says a lot about the staff at this office. read more

My friend referred me to his office 5 years ago but I never made an appointment because of insurance and financial reasons. But after all these years I decided it was time to make an appointment. I was a little nervous because I had not been to a dental office in 10 years! My nerves were calmed once I spoke with the front office gals who were patient and understanding. And after all these years Dr. Rore remembered my friend who actually moved out of state several years ago. So they honored their new patient referral discount! One of the biggest crooks in town. My father recommended Rore, but what I didn't know was there was a father and son. The father from what I understand was a good dentist but was not accepting new patients at the time, so I was placed with the son. I went in for a general cleaning, and I had a tiny chip on my upper front tooth that my prior dentist would patch and it would be good for a few years. Rore said that I would need a "deep" cleaning and had me come in for 4 separate visits to do the work. You go to the Dr. as they are the experts and you follow their advice, right? As I know now the "deep cleaning" as well as all the work he performed was a dig in my pocket book. Then he tells me that he will fix my chipped front tooth with a crown. I asked what is that? His reply was don't worry, it will be permanent. Hey, he's the expert, right? So he gets done making all kinds of noise in my mouth, and I stick my tongue out and my tooth is gone????? There is only a tiny little nub left. WTF???? He puts a temp on that lasts a day or so before falling off, then after a week he puts on the "permanent" crown. That lasts a week or so before falling off. After the second time it fell off in a month, I said to him I thought you said this would be permanent? To which him stammered a bit and said, well in this industry a crown is supposed to last "x" amount of years. I never went back to him again, and the new dentist I found actually had a laugh and asked me if a actual dentist did this to my mouth? The new dentist, fixed the mess up as best he could, but it will cost me the rest of my life for Rore's greed. On a second note.... My mother-in-law has been going to Rore for years, and is still caught up in his web. I think she's spent over 30k with him to ruin her mouth, and even had to be taken out of his office in a ambulance to the emergency room. He's also quite the "candy" man as my mother-in-law has tons and tons of pain pill prescriptions with his name on the bottle. I would have seen him in court, but I didn't question a attorney till I was just past the statute of limitations... read more
