We visited Pacific Counter on Mother's Day, and it was packed! Despite the rush, the two ladies handled everything well and the place was immaculate.   The food was outstanding, ingredients incredibly fresh which is obviously what you want when eating raw fish!  We order a bowl, hot dog and a burrito with Bobbas.  Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and every bite was delicious.  If you like spice, indulge in the Fire Water and Chili Aioli, the heat won't disappoint!   A huge shoutout to Emma, who helped us during our visit.  She was attentive and explained our choices and even recommended some Bobba options for the kids.  That kind of service is hard to find, especially under pressure. I love this place! The food was incredible and service was also excellent. Since I didn't know what they have, they explained how it's done. I got build your own (big one) which you can choose two protein. And there were so many options you get with your bowl. My favorite part was that they explain the sauce's characteristics because many places don't. I got fire water and they advised it's spicy and I told them I love spicy, and they gave me another sauce to try, which I appreciate. And it was delicious! My only complaint was jalapeño would slice thinner as it was so chunky, and some of veg seasoned a bit better. Otherwise, excellent! Definitely would come back! read more

Service was great! The girl who took my order was so fantastic. She gave me a couple samples to taste before placing my bowl order, which helped ensure that I liked my bowl! I had the BBQ chicken bowl with noodles, mango, Hawaiian salsa and cilantro. I also ordered a Thai Boba tea which was so yummy. I didn't realize the bowl would be cold, but it was ok! So what a fantastic experience! My wife and I tried Pacific Counter for the first time today and it certainly won't be the last! So many fresh options to choose from! The owners Eric and Tanner couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. The place is always super clean with happy friendly staff and of course the food is amazing. This is a really great place in Lakewood Ranch. That is a Hawaiian Japanese fusion type of restaurant it's really light and fun and the hotdogs are amazing. The flavors are very very different and all of the drinks are homemade teas and different sorts of wonderful beverages. Honestly I love this place. I had (sadly) never tried poke prior to moving to Bradenton. This place was my first. I have been back a ridiculous amount of times since then.
