The Ring of Fire is my favorite. Having both rice noodles and the heat from the sauce to go along with the tuna and shrimp is the reason this is my go to. Sadly, there are times I go the food doesn't taste fresh. That is the reasoning for my 4 star rating. 13.06.2026 read more

Pacific Counter - Ring Of Fire Bowl 6.12.2021 - Sushi Bars Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

We visited Pacific Counter on Mother's Day, and it was packed! Despite the rush, the two ladies handled everything well and the place was immaculate.   The food was outstanding, ingredients incredibly fresh which is obviously what you want when eating raw fish!  We order a bowl, hot dog and a burrito with Bobbas.  Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and every bite was delicious.  If you like spice, indulge in the Fire Water and Chili Aioli, the heat won't disappoint!   A huge shoutout to Emma, who helped us during our visit.  She was attentive and explained our choices and even recommended some Bobba options for the kids.  That kind of service is hard to find, especially under pressure. We'll definitely be back -- thank you, Emma and the whole Pacific Counter team! read more

ALWAYS so good! I recommend the Over the Rainbow roll, add cilantro, with Poke Original sauce. Wednesdays are free Dole whip too! read more

Big fan ! Super friendly and fast service , chipotle style poke place. A great fast healthy option and their spicey tuna is to die for. Tons of customizable options for the bowls and the prices aren't half bad the big bowl is literally huge it could be two meals. I visit regularly and have never been dissapointed! read more

I've lived in this area for about four years now and I always loved coming here, but recently I found out they changed their pricing and I spent $27 on one person today with one bowl and one Boba which they actually forgot the add-on in my milk tea. If things go back to normal, that would be great, but I probably won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Lots of healthy choices! Service great! Ambiance great! I get the albacore tuna poke bowl loaded with edamame, avocado and nori seaweed! Healthy never tasted so good! Checkout all the different sauces for a flavor explosion that keeps you coming back! Enjoy! read more

Food is really good with lots of options. You can costume make your bowl. Highly recommended

It's a very clean place, it has awesome service, and quick delivery. It's got alot of options for toppings so it's an awesome poke bowl place. I just wish they had other fish or seafood options. The tuna is great but needs to be seared or another form of seasoning. There could be some cooked items instead of all cold. But it's good for a quick poke bowl with a million different awesome sauces read more

I love this place! The food was incredible and service was also excellent. Since I didn't know what they have, they explained how it's done. I got build your own (big one) which you can choose two protein. And there were so many options you get with your bowl. My favorite part was that they explain the sauce's characteristics because many places don't. I got fire water and they advised it's spicy and I told them I love spicy, and they gave me another sauce to try, which I appreciate. And it was delicious! My only complaint was jalapeño would slice thinner as it was so chunky, and some of veg seasoned a bit better. Otherwise, excellent! Definitely would come back! read more

Interesting concept. Custom sushi bowls quick service style. I ordered one of the bowls from the menu, ring of fire or island? Not sure. It had mango, edamame, crab meat, roe, on a bed of rice. It was quite good and would come back to try again. read more

Wonderful consistent quality value food items that are delicious, seasoned as requested and presented efficiently. Family run well organized dining. Ambiance is casual and well lighted. Free parking available nearby. Service is attentive and friendly. read more

Do not go here. They will not help you if they were the ones that made the mistake. I ordered I think it's called the happy hour roll, it's one of the ones that they have on the menu. They forgot the sauce which if you eat these kinds, the sauce is everything! The bad news is I'm going out of town and cannot go back and get the sauce so I had to throw away $15 worth of food. When I called there's nothing they could do to help me. Seems like the kids have been told not to refund any money for any reason or offer free food in the future or anything they just said there's nothing they could do! read more

InCReeEdddDiiiiBBBLLLeeee (Imagine that, but singing lol.) Trust me, it's worth singing about! I stopped by Pacific Counter for a poke bowl (sushi bowl)! This location is the place to go if you're hungry, looking for something healthy, while also getting something flavorful and tasty! Sometimes it depends on what you pick, there are pre-made bowls you can choose from or if you want something exactly the way you like, you can get a build your own bowl (or sushi roll -- yeah like a burrito of sushi lol). I chose a custom bowl with half white rice, salad greens, salmon, tuna, and a very generous amount of sides and toppings! The staff is helpful and patient. The food rocked! The seasonings and sides were super tasty! The perfect touch of flavor to this light and clean dish! The fish is fresh and tastes amazing! Buttery almost! Just fantastic, I'm very happy with the bowl I got and the ingredient quality. ALSO, there are a lot of sauces, but I must strongly recommend the avocado lime sauce. It is FIRE (not spicy, just good LOL)!!! The interior is very bright and hip. There is color all over walls and shop! Cute and fun, the experience in this location is also very smooth. The menu has a lot on it, and it explains a good amount if you were a bit lost, the employees are kind enough to help you as well if you need time/explanations! I really enjoyed talking to the people working, and I also really enjoyed my food! I will definitely be coming back, they even have spam on rice, a very Hawaiian thing! The decor and vibe is based on Asian/Pacific concept! TL;DR: Poke bowl soooo good! Employees are nice, food and ingredients are fresh; interior is super clean, the decor is bright and fun! If you've never tried poke/sushi bowls or rolls, but you love sushi, now is the time to try it, and this is the place! Cheers!!! read more

Service was great! The girl who took my order was so fantastic. She gave me a couple samples to taste before placing my bowl order, which helped ensure that I liked my bowl! I had the BBQ chicken bowl with noodles, mango, Hawaiian salsa and cilantro. I also ordered a Thai Boba tea which was so yummy. I didn't realize the bowl would be cold, but it was ok! I normally prefer hot cold. Next time I'm going to try the soup! My husband ordered a sushi burrito and it was huge! read more

Excellent service. The guy making our bowls was so nice. I would definitely go for their custom bowl option so that you can choose to put whatever you want in the bowl. It would even be awesome to get a bowl and go home and stir fry all the ingredients. I intend to try this soon. Unique concept, but they have some editing to do. read more

Stopped here for lunch after doing the Dali for the Van Gough exhibit (well worth doing). At first it was dicey as the girl waiting on us was training and couldn't answer our questions but soon Matthew came over to explain and help. He was so nice both to us and the trainee! The motto on the wall was "Positive Vibes Only" and Matthew embodied that spirit. We ordered 3 Poke bowls and the PC nachos. Each bowl was ultra fresh and very tasty. They make the nachos with wonton wrappers that they fry in house and they were a nice crunchy change from corn chips. If you like Poke this is a great choice for a meal. Heck just pop in to say hi to the chillest guy in St. Pete, PC Matt! read more

This is a new discover for me, although they have been open for a few months. It is like of like a Subway or Chipotle were you add the " fixings" and what you want as you go. It value was incredible. Yayyy! It's open! It's open!! I'm already a fan of the original PC in St. Pete so I've waited anxiously for this one to open!! And the wait was worth it! Short summary: Such a cool spot, Amazing quality food, great service, and really nice bang for your buck! Details: the location is great and the restaurant is super cute. The colors are so fun and inviting! Food was delicious. I indulged and had a build your own bowl ... I had the sushi rice and sweet potato noodles as my base, spicy tuna (so fresh and spicy!), crab, and loaded it up with cucumbers, slaw, avocado, Masago, garlic crisps, and their chili aioli sauce! I couldn't decide between the sauces - but after tasting a couple, I kept going back to the spicy chili aioli! So good! My bowl was mixed up there so I could dig in right away!! The portion size was generous enough for me to feel fulfilled and have leftovers still! If you love fun juices and teas - you're in for a treat. I had the sparkling pineapple ginger lemonade. So tasty! The owners were working (with their proverbial sleeves rolled up) and were very cool and answered all my friend's questions! They even let her taste the sweet potato noodles and some sauces so she could make her perfect bowl!! The signs inside say Good Vibes Only, and it was evident they mean it!! Covid Precautions: everyone had on masks and the place was very clean! Paying was simple and allowed me to place my own card in the machine which meant minimal contact! So excited to go back again! Highly recommend! read more

Had their spicy tuna and salmon bowl. You can build your own. It's a little on the expensive side so I wouldn't have it all the time but it's nice for once in a while. The staff is friendly and helpful and let you taste before buying. The place was clean and well maintained. read more

So what a fantastic experience! My wife and I tried Pacific Counter for the first time today and it certainly won't be the last! So many fresh options to choose from! The owners Eric and Tanner couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. I loved the make your own roll I had so much but I'm really looking forward to our next visit so I can try something new Eric insisted we try the Pineapple Whip for dessert and it was very refreshing! Would be very difficult to even find some helpful constructive criticism as it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Well done Eric and Tanner! We very much look forward to our next visit!! read more

If you are in Sarasota, St. Petersburg or Tampa you have to try this place. This is seriously the best poke bowl place in town. The place is always super clean with happy friendly staff and of course the food is amazing. Some of my favorites are the OG and over the rainbow and if you are not a poke person you should absolutely try the hotdogs my favorite is the kimchi dog. Great place great atmosphere and great vibes. Job well done with this place! read more

Phenomenal idea, it's like chipotle for sushi! I am one of those people who craves sushi constantly, but I typically always order the same few rolls. Pacific Counter - Ring of Fire Bowls-sub shrimp(cause I'm allergic)with 1/2 spicy salmon and tuna and added toppings. Yup, it's spicy but so good! - Sushi Bars Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

Honestly I love this place. I had (sadly) never tried poke prior to moving to Bradenton. This place was my first. I have been back a ridiculous amount of times since then. The food is super tasty, very affordable and FRESH! I've gotten my grandparents who live about 30 minutes away hooked on it too. Can't talk to my grandpa without him asking me when we're going for poke bowls... the only negative I really have is that if you like alcohol with your meal, you will rarely be able to get a drink there. Most of the staff is underage, but they have plenty of other amazing drinks to make up for it. read more

This is a really great place in Lakewood Ranch. That is a Hawaiian Japanese fusion type of restaurant it's really light and fun and the hotdogs are amazing. The flavors are very very different and all of the drinks are homemade teas and different sorts of wonderful beverages. I definitely recommend this place especially for, a wonderful hotdog, a signature dole whip, a spam musubi and a great staff. read more

The sushi burrito is huge and definitely very unique to the store. I very much enjoy coming here for a quick and fantastic meal!

Ummm no. This was the worst bowl i have ever had. First off the kimchi is wayyyyy to hot. The shrimp had a lingering taste like they weren't fresh. The brown rice was more like oat meal. The seaweed salad was warm. On top of that I ordered thru Grub hub. 52 dollars down the drain. Will not eat here again. read more
