Terrible workmanship and a worse attitude. This company is a…read moreone-man-show operated by contractor Caleb Rightmyer. I hired him to pour a simple concrete patio in my backyard. It should have been a red flag that every contacting business had months-long waits and he was ready to start anytime but I was in a hurry to get the job done. For starters Rightmyer wasn't even there for the pour, he subcontracted out to people he didn't even know - he stopped by in the middle and I heard him introducing himself to them. The concrete looked good the day it was poured and unfortunately I paid him in full because it turned out to be a mess. A few weeks after the pour it rained and all the water pooled against the side of the house. I called Rightmyer to complain and he had a bunch of excuses and tried to say that he did it that way on purpose because it looked better. He ultimately admitted that it wasn't done properly and sent someone to "fix" it. This person put down an overlay that pushes the water away from the house but left a horrible mess of off color blotches that look terrible. A couple weeks after that the cracks started to form. Huge cracks right through the middle of all the sections. Cracks leading from the house and cracks leading from the yard toward the house. I called Rightmyer and expressed my concerns about the work and he threw a temper tantrum. He said all concrete cracks and I don't know what I'm talking about (several of my neighbors have poured concrete patios and not one has a single crack). This job looks like I did it myself. I asked Rightmyer if there was anything to do to stem the cracking or deal with the discolored blotches and he responded that he was deleting my number because he doesn't do complaints. Avoid this guy at all costs. Even if it's tempting because he has no wait time, be patient and hire someone that will do a proper job.

Long story short, we had replaced both toilets 10 years prior, they were installed improperly and that caused a slow water leak that destroyed the flooring and subfloor. Bagget Construction tore open both bathrooms and found the wood totally destroyed. The only thing holding up our bathrooms were the tile floors! Max and his son, Brian, were so great to work with. We did have some hiccups due to product orders but that had nothing to do with Baggett. As the project progressed we added and upgraded more of our house. Brian would graciously say "We have replacing the electrical and lighting in these rooms, would you like to do the other rooms?". It does make total sense to do such things when everything is opened up. We now have a mostly brand new interior and could not be more pleased. They do not cut corners and although it was more cost than originally expected but the end result is a beautiful modern upgrade. We highly recommend this company.

Couldn't slow down couldn't wait. It was literally within an inch of our mirror. If that's the way, they treat the general public. I can't imagine how they would treat their customers. You need to learn how to drive safely and not insanely. You're being late to get somewhere or wanting to drive faster is not everybody else's problem. Would never ever recommend these people based on this one 10 second experience with this company. There are consequences to driving people off the road or attempting to these days through social media.
