I was to discover it really was a "We mean business" referral. Keith Larsen came out, spent considerable time inspecting my large tiled roof and made many detailed notes accompanied by pictures. The team came out the next week and completed every item on the list. They were even able to replace some broken and loose tiles with ones removed to install the vents, leaving the roof both clean and with a uniform look. I was glad we decided to have them put the screening around the system to keep birds from making nests underneath. They calculated the right amount of panels - I barely have an electric bill now. It was a smarter value to buy the system outright instead of leasing too. While they were on the roof, they noticed 2 broken tiles in a different area and brought it to our attention. RR was able to find the discontinued tiles! We were glad to have them take care of that as well.
