Not only were they very courteous and professional but they were very flexible with our schedules. We have dogs and so us being home was somewhat necessary during their work. He was flexible working around other contactors who were doing fence work at the same time too which was above and beyond our expectations. The work was done on time and as originally quoted without any add-ons or changes. Stone workmanship and color matching of cement was spot on. Our yard is still beautiful 6 months later with a well laid out sprinkler system. We are beyond happy with his service and will use him again for any project.

We have dealt with Gerry and wanted to make sure if you are hiring him look for these red flags…read more Looking at some other reviews looks like he has a pattern. 1. He kept saying 'You trust me?'.. DO NOT TRUST HIM. 2. Emotional manipulation for building trust - He will bring you family/kids and his boys in conversation to get money. 3. Will keep asking for money in every conversation. 4. Will not accept Credit Card so there is no legal way to get it back. His reasoning 'I am old school' 5. After concrete pour he will not show up 6. After you pay him enough money he will text you 'I am done with you' 7. He kept saying I want to help and said I will do retaining walls, fountains etc etc in the same price when we told him 'just do the work we agreed upon.. This is where we knew he is a "pathological lier" We also made mistake 1. Paid him money in advance because he kepts asking for it and misled us. 2. DId not update our contract and trusted this guy He left the job in between. We had to get new quote and it is costing us more money. Concrete looks old and there is no polish. LIFE IS GOING TO CATCH UP WITH THIS GUY VERY SOON

Our driveway initially had mulch and overgrown weed, so his crew had to dig underneath and make sure everything was lined up correctly since our street is on a hill. Antonio provided his recommendation and we love our new driveway! His crew was always on time and cleaned up after themselves. They got the project done on time and even our neighbors compliment on how good our driveway looks! Antonio is super responsive and gave us a good price for the project. Highly recommend Proscaping for all your landscaping and paving needs!

Antonio from Proscaping came over to the house, gave me his honest opinion and a reasonable price. His quote was the best amongst the 5-6 vendors i interacted with. I was apprehensive at first since there were not a lot of reviews in the last year but decided to trust him and his team. He gave me a few different turf options to choose from. Worked on a date which was suitable for me. Did the demo clean in a day. Next day came in with the turf. There was some electrical and plumbing work also which he took care of neatly. And his men did a great job to install the turf. Put the sand in, and roll it nicely. Its got a 5y warranty from him and 15y on the turf from the vendor. I liked the job he did end to end and would definitely recommend him. It was done in less than 12 hours over two days. Quick and clean

Jose claims he guarantees all of his work, yet now he is dodging our phone calls and flaking on appointments. Their quote technically expired after 30 days, so no issues and wouldn't work with them now anyway, but would have appreciated a more proactive communication and some appreciation for the fact that their service area changed with no notice (and they knew they had an outstanding bid in the area they no no longer serve). For sure they get to take whatever work they want, but my experience was overall not great.

Exceptional Quality, Speed, and Professionalism!…read more We recently completed a full remodel of our front and back yards with James and his incredible crew (Teo, Marcos, Silvino, and Jesús), and the results are absolutely stunning. Our project was extensive, involving hardscaping, landscaping, fence work, lighting, and an outdoor sink. After vetting 8-9 different quotes, James's proposal stood out for being highly competitive without sacrificing high-quality specs. The execution more than matched the pitch. James is wonderful to work with--never pushy and truly dedicated to his craft. He has completed a ton of projects in the area and had an extensive portfolio of example pictures / videos to show us. This was incredibly helpful in narrowing down our choices for pavers and materials to match our vision. He was on-site with the crew every single day, which made communication seamless. You only have to explain your vision once; he "just gets it," remembers the details, and executes perfectly. The crew is easily the most hardworking and efficient team we have ever seen. Rain or shine, they were here from ~7:30 AM to ~4:30 PM, six (sometimes 6.5!) days a week. The progress they made daily was remarkable, and they actually finished the project sooner than expected. Beyond their speed, they were incredibly respectful of our home and thoughtful about not disrupting our neighbors. A special shout-out to Teo, the on-site foreman; he is exceptionally skilled and handled every technical challenge with expertise. We have already received countless compliments from friends and neighbors. If you want a team that is fast, reliable, and produces beautiful work, we highly recommend Action Landscaping!
