I even had to do their work myself by finding the witness's phone number, yet they still never contacted her. The entire process dragged on for over two months with no proactive communication -- I had to chase them every time. In the end, they claimed the job was "completed," demanded more money, and refused to fix their failures. Their negligence wasted my time and money and left me in greater danger. To make things worse, while ignoring my complaints, they sent me automated emails asking for a positive review. This agency is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and failed to deliver on the most basic promises. I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.
