This was without him even fully knowing it'd fix the issue or not. He also made it seem like our just 8 year old furnace was a complete dump and even casually brought up replacing it. That's when I decided to get a second opinion and couldn't have been happier that I found this place. Within 5 minutes of looking at the furnace, Don knew what was wrong. One of the components that collects condensation was clogged, causing furnace to shut down. Within 30 mins, Don cleaned it up and also fixed up a few other things. We live in older two story Seattle home with inadequate ducting. They have decades of experience and were able to problem solve and provide novel solutions that none of the other contractors offered. They were able to place ducted air handler in our attic and also were able to find ways to minimize the "track" on the exterior of the house. Their trip charge is 200, because they were great before and I was ok with that. But this time, not only it took them 2 visits (including a missed one) and a long time to give me a quote, but they gave me a ridiculous estimate that made me think they don't want this job. This is ridiculous so I have to go to others. All my 3 other quotes ( from other well reviewed companies) were like 600-1000 to replace the broken runs, but they quoted me something like 5000. A big fat liar! Our…read morehouse is in escrow. We have a brand new Mitsubishi heat pump system Tyler installed for $25,000.00 eight months ago. The problem is it failed buyers inspection because it doesn't heat or cool. The following day Tyler recharges the system, certifies it "no leaks" and lies about an advanced diagnostics. Four days later our agent reports the system isn't working again. The buyer is spooked so we let them extend a contingency for the Mitsubishi heat pump to keep the deal together. Tyler says stop calling me. Two companies inspect the system and report the refrigerant is gone. On paper we have 16 months left of our RMR "Diamond Dealer" warranty. But I'm spending thousands on emergency repair services because Tyler can't be bothered and doesn't stand behind his work. Sort of unsurprising at this point but if you actually call Mitsubishi he's not a Diamond Dealer, he's not associated with them at all. This review stays up until Tyler decides to warranty his work.
