I paid for them to send a tech to diagnose it and they followed through with the work which is under the 10-year warranty. Tech, Hagen was very nice and professional and made sure to answer all of my questions. Kudos to the office staff, Brittny, Erin and everyone who took my calls while I was eagerly waiting for parts & repair. They treated me very kindly and proactively communicated each step of the way. I hope that this fix lasts a long time, or at least until we upgrade to a newer, more environmentally friendly unit.

We had a cold night with small kids in the house and they showed zero urgency fixing a problem they caused. Their quote was also the highest I got. I don't blame the salesman for the mistake, but the company doesn't stand behind their work at all. I'd never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They only did the outside and when I asked him about going inside he said that is appliance issue. My husband ended up purchasing brushes on Amazon and cleaned the vent out from inside, which in turn made him have to clean it out from the outside again. Not to mention all the lint that it pushed through on the roof again. Very frustrating. I actually took a picture and emailed it to them with all the lint that was taken out but never got a response.

Scheduling with B&C Comfort was easy and prompt via email, thanks to CJ. On the day of my service appointment, Eddie arrived right on time and talked me through everything he did and what was needed to fix my fireplace. He worked efficiently and was fun to talk with. A couple weeks later, a big windstorm blew out my pilot light, and I wasn't entirely sure how to re-light it (I recently moved into my place). I reached out to B&C Comfort again, and thankfully Eddie and Bob were going to be in the area the following week. They stopped by and checked to make sure everything was still OK (it was!) and showed me how to re-light the pilot and answered all my questions. They didn't charge me for the follow-up visit. I really appreciate their help and expertise and will definitely contact them again in the future for fireplace service.

As of April 13th, I am still being double charged and the issue has not been resolved. I have been flexible and willing to work with them, but the owner Mark and the sales guy Loren made that impossible. Loren will say anything to close a deal. The lack of oversight is staggering. They refused to do a walkthrough with the installer and seller, which led to two heat pumps being installed incorrectly. They had to be moved, and that caused even more damage to my home. They also charged my credit card while "charging" a Synchrony loan, so I have been effectively double-charged for months. Now they refuse to speak on the phone and only send haphazard email replies that never resolve anything. They promised to fix the drywall in writing. This was necessary to repair their own mistakes and because I preferred to have the electrical work go through the house, which they agreed to. Instead, they sent a third-party worker and then demanded a massive payment for the repair. They eventually gave me a payment to cover the drywall fixes myself, which I am grateful for, but even that took over 3 months of fighting. The actual installers and electricians were amazing. They should go find a new job at another installer with actual integrity. My problem is entirely with Mark and Loren. Since they use AI for their reviews, expect a fake reply from Max below. Save your sanity and hire a company that won't hold your money hostage.

An AI voice answered the phone, asked me why I was calling, told me it was going to look up my account details, said it had a problem and that someone would contact me to follow up, and then hung up on me. A few hours later I got a text from "Cameron". I complained to "Cameron" about the experience I had from the AI phone answerer. "Cameron" apologize and told me that such an experience would frustrate him too...then "Cameron" decided to be transparent with me and tell me that he was in fact AI as well and "his" real name was "Carson". We went back and forth about 6 times to explain the problem I was having and to set up an appointment. Then "Cameron" told me that the time we worked out wasn't confirmed yet and that someone would be calling me to confirm the time. Thanks, "Cameron". This was Friday around 4:00PM. THE NEXT MORNING, a human being (I think) texted me from the same number to confirm the appointment. After I let them know how unhappy I was with the AI scheduling service, a human (I think) did call me and apologized for it. Then, on the day of the appointment, the technician arrived an hour and a half after the 12:00-16:00 window we had set up. I had to call them at 16:30 to ask if the technician was coming and they told me he would be there soon. When he did arrive, in the middle of me making dinner for my family, he told me that the faucet would need to be replaced and that it would be $750 (!!) in labor to fix it. Then I was charged $83 for his time (which I guess would be rolled into the service). So, in the end I still had a leaky faucet and I was out $83 with the option to pay $670 to replace a faucet (plus the cost of the faucet itself). For that price, I'm just going to do it myself. Then the spam texts started coming from "Cameron" asking about the estimate. I got one every day until I told it to stop texting me. This company used to be great but I'm going to be looking around the next time I need a plumber. Please ditch this stupid AI system. Please don't charge your customers if you're extremely late for your own four hour window - especially if the diagnosis takes five minutes and is "I can't fix it - replace the faucet".
