We primarily have worked with Ms. Kristina, Ms. Gaby and Ms. Journey. Seeing that this was a new experience for us, there were a lot of reservations I had about this new chapter; as with any parent, I was scared that they would not receive that attention they need, the level of care, etc. The teachers at Lakeshore Learning Center quickly put my anxiety at ease after seeing how they took my children under their wing, looked after and genuinely cared about their growth and wellbeing. Each teacher has a warmth to them which makes it very clear that they are there for your kids as both a teacher and friend. I was/am impressed by their structured daily routine and how they keep the children engaged with art, science, dance, song, sensory, etc. The center itself is clean, well organized and operated with kind people. Also, I cannot say enough about how pre-K at Lakeshore really provides the essential tools for Kindergarten readiness. We are thankful and blessed to be attending Lakeshore Learning Center. I tried calling and going there and I also get an answer where someone is going to call me back. I mean be up front about kids you can't take instead having a parent wondering around hoping their kids will go there, when they could have spend that time looking for elsewhere. People there's looks young maybe in their twenties. Probably one person there might be older than 50's. Maybe they don't know the business or respect. I wouldn't want someone to do that to me. Just saying!!

Owner easily overwhelmed with active children and has a high turnover due to this. Wants children who sit and watch tv or can entertain themselves quietly. My child was there for a year and did well as is a good quiet child, but I left as I wanted my child to have activities and socialization that would challenge her. Also, I didn't want to pay for services that was basically having her sit and watch tv / movies. The owner and her husband are extremely nice people. Occasionally care was left to the husband who is disabled and I am not satisfied that he would be able to provide the care necessary to little people. The agreed upon hours changed from day to day. A contract was signed what hours were needed for services. I would show up and the owner would be in her pajamas and was surprised to see me. I do not believe that this is something they should be doing anymore.

So we started taking our twin 2 years olds there 4days a week and they love it. We love the curriculum, schedule, food options, etc., pretty much everything about it, including the director, Lucy! She is so accommodating and answers every question, worry, need, etc. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
