I was thinking of opening a inhome which is much easier until I spoke to some staff about the EARLY Achievers requirment they have for the center... I cant believe that the state requires them to have certain items and numbers of items per child. I can defintly tell you.... this center and staff are far better then any commerical center I have toured, yes their pay stinks... but again this center is filled with state families whom only pay $15-$65 a month for care and then the state pays much less then the actual daily rate. Do the owners ot respond to emails right away? Well could you if you work full time and have a family? Yes I agree the buildings need updated, but again that comes at a cost, the owners already put their own personal savings back into the business and do not take an income currently. so to thos people that want to leave a nasty review or judge a business based on a nasty review, you clearly have no clue how this world works. I see many great reviews on here after they had an open house, but yelp dosent view them and here the center sits. if the center could review the parents on a site like this that would be great... Parent does not pay on time, does not bring lunch for child, picks up late, drops off before their schedule, brings child in in yesterdays clothes, more concerned about their nails, clothes, and car but yet only pays $15.... yes I have seen it all in the few years my kids have gone to the center, and the staff take it with a smile!!!! I've had two kids attend and after reviewing some other options in the area, have been so glad to have them come to Great Starts. We really like Ms. Lisa, the pre-K teacher, who has done such a wonderful job helping our first child become super prepared for kindergarten. Our youngest is also learning the fundamentals that most kindergartens learn about. Theresa and the rest of the staff really go above and beyond, whether it's putting on Christmas programs, inviting parents to attend lunches around other holidays, and more. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a daycare for their young child or a place for their child to prepare for kindergarten.

Better Air Northwest sent out an estimator (Eric) for free. He was really nice, helpful, and figured out how to solve our issue for a reasonable price! We received the estimate per email a couple days later and unlike other companies, no pressure was put on us to approve the job right away - instead we were given as long as we needed to discuss and ponder. As soon as we approved the estimate, we were contacted so we could get on the schedule. Somehow Edgar and Juan asked and also answered all the questions at the very beginning and we were able to do other things while they did these 2 jobs like the true professionals they are. They started by taping everything in the room with the closet, and it kept everything so clean! (Although they did clean up after - and left the place tidier than it started haha - not even kidding they cleaned our doormat I forgot to clean prior to their arrival!) The attached pictures were provided by them and show the beautiful job they did! But I've seen other little touches that proof they are all about getting the job done right. Could not have hoped for better - I would hire them and Better Air Northwest again anytime for any job they perform!

After that other contract was over I found a pest control company the right way- I did an internet search and found a few candidates and read some reviews, and concluded that Aspen looked like the best prospect. Since then they've done a pest control service visit four times a year and I have had very little problem with any pests during that time. It's always hard to know for sure how much it's helping because you don't know how well it would be going if you didn't have the service, but it has been going well and I have always been very pleased with the professional and friendly attitude of the Aspen personnel.

Two of their staff showed up as scheduled and were able to provide an immediate estimate, and then were able to start work right away. They fixed two major issues - an outdoor leaking faucet (in winter when it was cold), and an indoor shutoff valve. Their team replaced our 30 year old hand-crank shutoff valve with an amazing, easy-to-use modern system (see photo attached to this review). What is hard to convey is their level of professionalism. The entire Christensen Plumbing team is on top of their game. From start to finish, they were amazing.

I could tell that nuts needed to be tightened and it was to the point that one had worked its way off. I responded and they said the repair would be $150. I thought that was very expensive, but it needed to be done and I did not know who else to contact. So I agreed. Yesterday morning the young man who came was a little late but did get to my house, within the appointed hour. He was respectful and well mannered. He was well prepared with tools. He was Ukranian and spoke little English. He did have a translating app on his phone. He quickly did a good job, tightening all the nuts and I paid him in cash. I do think it was a bit of a pricing gouge, but the work seems well done and quick. And in comparison to the money spent on my chair and the life I will get out of it, it is a small price. The gentleman's name was Oleksander Tatsiuk and was with NextGen (Not Mr. B's)

Everything changed after they left including the owner terminating our contract after our son spit on 2 students during a teacher transition phase.
