They probably saved me from failing by spotting a hose that I had "repaired" with some duct tape. They offered to change it and I accepted assuming I would have to pay a little for the work. They did not charge me a dime for changing the hose! The owner is a very friendly guy and seems very hands on in his shop. I could tell from how he dealt with me and the other customers that came in while I waited that he is a good, honest, business owner that just wants to do good work for his customers without ripping them off. I've been looking for a good shop in town and I think I found it. I will definitely come back when I need some real work done.

Luckily i was the only one there and they had just finished up on a previous vehicle. The gentlemen there were helpful and took my car, got my paper work running and allowed me to take a seat. Not…read moreonly were they quick, they were able to walk me through each step to getting my vehicle safely back on the road. I get intimidated by taking my car to mechanic shops because of the little knowledge I know about automobiles. Complex mechanical explanations often make it impossible to tell if a recommended fix is truly urgent or completely unnecessary. My lack of knowledge creates a deep fear of being taken advantage of and overcharged. This was NOT the case with G&G Auto Repair. The gentlemen who greeted me at the front door were very patient with me while I was trying to explain the problems I had been having. After finding the problem they started working on it. While I was waiting I was offered water, soda, tea, coffee, etc... multiple times. This really shows that they care about their customers during stressful times. (What's more stressful than car problems am I right?!?) I'd hear them answering phones, help other customers, and communicate with the mechanics all while keeping excellent customer service. Not long after (remember they're quick!) I was told the problem was minor and to come back if I had any other issues. I'm sure this was just an everyday experience for these guys but for me, trust was built. They proved to me that they care about the community and their customers. I know whatever car troubles I'm having I can always rely on G&G Auto Repair. Thank you Shaun, Damian, Jim, and all the mechanics who worked hard to fix my car.

I am not sure why 6 hours of labor because once the engine is supported and splash shield is off, the other mounts should go faster. Check engine light came on and O/D started flashing. Of course, we got the blame for it. I understand calling before expected finish time causes a delay in the labor but if it's passed that, the customer has the right to call and check on the status. They don't like that but if Tom had done the job right the first time, my car wouldn't be back in there. Last time, they did not call me when my car was ready for pick up. He blamed Ford for pos part. Let's see what excuse he comes up with this Friday. Annoying!
