Check engine light came on and O/D started flashing. Of course, we got the blame for it. I understand calling before expected finish time causes a delay in the labor but if it's passed that, the customer has the right to call and check on the status. They don't like that but if Tom had done the job right the first time, my car wouldn't be back in there. Last time, they did not call me when my car was ready for pick up. He blamed Ford for pos part. Let's see what excuse he comes up with this Friday. Annoying!

Story time...... Buyer beware Let me start this off with…read moresaying that Jimmy needs anger management as does Brock his little itty bitty sidekick! My truck had minor front end damage and took well over two months to even get touched. After I reached out with the threat if adding them to the accident lawsuit they rushed my truck thru the repair process and screwed up the repairs and totally messed up the paint. It's so bad 3 other body shops said they won't touch it. My insurance won't pay to have to it fixed since they already paid Jimmy in full! He refused to address the situation and tried to blame the screw ups on his guys and took ZERO responsibility at all! He cussed me out and then Brock came running out front trying to fight me. I have the entire thing recorded on my meta glasses and my attorney has been informed of the situation. We are filing a civil lawsuit against this establishment and will post pictures of this lawsuit when my attorney returns with the paperwork. Fog lights don't work the chrome plastic headlight is flaking off ("brand new") they tried to break into the truck because they locked the keys in it and messed up the door and it won't close properly, they left the sticky from the tape and a month later it still won't come off! The paint literally had hair, bubbles, and other dirt all over the hood and quarter panels. The lights and revels dont line up. The door doesn't line up the hood doesn't line up and the grill doesn't line up. The paint looks like it's orange peel finish and the bumper is loose. Jimmy lacks the ability to maintain a professional environment. He has a massive turnover with employees. His paint man is not certified and he is not listed with any major insurance brands at all! These are all red flags and had I read these reviews I would have never took my truck to them. Being threatened by Jimmy to "kick my a**" And then his little puppy dog employee Brocky poo comes out in full rage was crazy, but what was even crazier was 2 months to literally fix nothing. Then ol Brocky poo came running out talking about it's my fault it took two months hahaha come on kid you know you didn't respond to emails for over a month it took my attorney reaching out to force them to fix the truck. They were paid weeks before they finished that's how they roll, bill insurance for things not done and then use that money to Do the actual work. They over-billed my insurance by 11k!!!!!! They don't have the reserves to complete the work until they are paid first. Do yourself a favor avoid these weirdos at all cost!!!! Owning a body shop and being a professional automotive body repair shop are two totally different things. Do better Jimmy Bob and Brickity Brock! Go get yourself a real job!

Except my tire popped and it ripped open my gas pipe so I could no longer fuel up my tank without it leaking and not getting into my gas tank. It's really nice that when you call and he doesn't pick up, it sends an automated message and from there he gets back to you and you can message him your problem first to make sure he can fix it before wasting your time getting there and him not being able to fix the problem. After taking a look at my car's issue, he lets us kno what he can do and that he needs to get the parts the next day when the dealership opens back up in the morning. Next day rolls by and I message him in the morning asking for an update. He lets me know the dealership does not have our parts but offers a solution to get me back home! He fixes the issue quickly and at a great price! Jeremy is a credible and authentic mechanic!!! Very reliable. Another mention! When he was done assessing the issue, we asked if we could leave the car with him and uber back to our hotel since we didn't have any gas left. He said yes and so we left the keys with him. Me and my friend, both girls, were now waiting outside 15 minutes for our uber in the dark. However Jeremy waited for our uber to get there and then left, what a gentleman!

The situation took my rig past the limit and as I got out of the bind I could feel and hear my breaks and power steering was screaming for help. This shop immediately helped me. After waiting over 2 hours with zero communication, I finally had to ask for an update myself. I was told that my car had started on its own and that they'd probably need to keep it overnight before getting around to finding what the original problem was. Since I was traveling and couldn't leave my car there, I decided to take it back -- but they still charged me the diagnostic fee, even though they didn't look at the car, diagnose anything, and offered no explanation for the problem. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. Poor communication, no results, and no respect for the agreement I signed. I would not recommend this shop, especially if you value honesty and clear communication.
