This is a long overdue review for my favorite dentist. I've been going to Dr. Pacia since early 2020 and we started my ortho treatment by October, it's been pushed back several times due to covid which is understandable. Fast forward now I can smile without being conscious about my crocked teeth. After few months of using retainer I unfortunately loss them and I was so worried! Good thing Dr. Pacia has an extra pair in her office that I was able to pick up right away. She's truly a lifesaver! I have been attending Pacia Dental Corporation for as long as I can remember! They are located in a plaza so parking is never an issue. As soon as you enter their office there is always someone at the desk to greet you and cater to your needs. I never had issues scheduling appointments or having to cancel or postpone appointments as well. The clinic is well kept and clean! I have had both doctors work with me and both are great. Before they start they always make sure to explain what they are going to operate with, whether it be teeth cleaning or a cavity filling. I had my braces done with them and it turned out very well- one of my teeth was growing right in front of the other, but they knew exactly how to realign it. Never has a dental visit be more pleasant. This place is like going to cheers were everybody knows your name. My husband is the patient from hell with his anxiety, guess what? Dr. Manny Pacia was very patient with the patient (no pun). They talk about mountain biking and anything under the sun. Yes, there is room for a 2 way conversation even with sign language which carried him through his anxiety. Where to begin as I don't think I can appropriately articulate the words as to why I have gone to Dr. Pacia for over 10 years!! She is the best gentle caring dentist you could dream to find and if not for Dolvi calling me repeatedly the best phone person I have ever seen having trained hundreds of callers then I would not make it to the dentist for years until pain would force me!! The entire staff are true angels and while I think I almost passed out when I had my first cavity at 40 I now revel in my visits 11 years later as they entertain me greatly!! Having lost over 60 lbs I have learned that dental health is crucial to our overall health and I go twice a year like clock work to prevent future issues as part of my plan to fight aging with a vengeance! Although she will attest I am not the best at flossing enough I am getting better! I moved from the local area 8 years ago and I travel 25 miles back to her gladly as she makes it almost a pleasure to go to the dentist!! I have been going to both Dentists for so many years now before the pandemic hit us. As a healthcare professional, I'm very much aware of the risks of aerosols during any dental procedure. I had a dental cleaning done today and I'd say I am extremely impressed by how the Dentists and their staff have kept their clinic and equipments sanitized and disinfected. They keep their clinic doors locked so no one else could go in without being screened. At the receiving area, the dental assistant check your temperature and the patient is also handed with shoe cover and gloves. The equipments were sanitized, disinfected/sterilized after each patient and the whole staff were donned with goggles, face masks, face shields, gloves and gown just like in the hospital. The clinic also uses equipments to prevent aerosols similar to having a negative pressure room. Everyone were meticulous and professional. The Dentists are highly skilled and provide an exceptional care. Having seen them taking all the precautions to keep the patients safe just put me more at ease and feel safe. I highly recommend them for any dental work most especially during this time. read more

Staff makes you feel at home. I thought I'm in my living room getting my teeth cleaned

I switched over to Pacia Dentistry about 5 years ago and have been happy the whole time. I've mostly seen the wife (husband and wife own the place) and she's very nice. She's gentle and not rough with her hands and I've never left their place with a bloody mouth. I believe they do what's best for the patient, not necessarily thinking about profit or thinking about costly procedures. When I first moved to their practice, I had to get a root canal, however since I was still on probation with my then dental insurance, I couldn't do the procedure for about a year. Dr. Pacia was kind enough to mediate my root canal tooth and put a temporary fix on it. In a way, they sort of invested their time and money in my easy fix until my probation was off. It's not the fanciest place, but their practice is clean and have a friendly staff. I've recommended Dr. Pacia to everyone and they too have loved Pacia Dentistry. Note - they only take PPO patients. read more

I dread going to a dentist. I'm scared of needles let alone dental anaesthetic injections prior to a procedure. Since I started coming to this dental office, I haven't had any problems or issues encountered regarding my dental work. Both Drs (husband and wife) are awesome along with their friendly and cheerful staff. Two thumbs up :) They have stories to share that sometimes you don't feel you're having a procedure done. I brought my Mom at one point eventhough she had to pay out of pocket due to her ins is HMO (they only take PPO) they worked out an affordable payment plan for her. I recommend anyone to check them out. Not a fancy office but their tools and equipment are up to date and clean. One of my fave is that light (or I call it-laser beam) that they use after the procedure which is like magic for the tooth. Overall, rating them 5 stars :) read more
