Pachner Exteriors installed a roof for us in the fall of 2025. There were a few issues from the beginning such as the workers kept working when it started raining, which can trap moisture and cause problems down the road, such as mold and/or rot. They stopped and waited for it to stop raining upon my insistence. The rest of the project went pretty smooth after that. Fast forward to six months later and we noticed some high spots around some of the edges, which could be a problem in wind. We have tried to get someone out here for over a month, with no response. I have talked with three different people at Pachner, all apologizing for no one coming over, but still no one has come to look at the roof. Update: after posting my first review, Troy Pachner contacted me immediately. He made arrangements for a crew to come out to our house and address and correct our concerns within 2 days. Troy was excellent to work with and took care of our issues in a very timely matter. read more

what can I say other than I am very very pleased with the re-roofing and new gutters. Troy spent a major amount of time dealing with us and our insurance. Troy did all the exhaustive evaluation of the roof for the insurance. End of the day I am most pleased with the final work and excellent job completed on the roof and gutters. Great product but cannot get any warranty work done. Euroshield will accept your claim but will not follow-up with me or the local installer. The company promises to fix the problem with the curling up of the tiles but they never come over to fix it. I may have to sue both companies to get what I was promised. Good luck read more

My experience with the company relates ONLY to door installation as a third party vendor (I think?). This might be a really good roofing company, etc, but I would not be qualified to write about that. In 2019 someone named Dave installed a really nice fiber glass door from Therma Tru that I purchased from a company called VIVAX Pros. Just five years later the weather stripping separated from the bottom of the door. The door had became really hard to open and close by then too. Vivax, no longer in the door business, said they still work with someone named Dave with Pachner to deal with the lifetime warranty from VIVAX. That was fall 2023. So we started with Pachner. My interactions with Dave were unsatisfactory. He balked at doing the job from the start and obstructed the process to progress the project. For example, he said this was taking so long because the door sweep part was really, really hard to get. "The part in need cannot just be purchased. I have to go back through the manufacturer of the door itself," (10/26/23) on and on with obfuscation and excuses, not solutions. Guess what? After waiting for multiple days without hearing back, I called Therma Tru door company myself (the customer with no previous door knowledge) and within 10 minutes on the phone found the correct door part. After doing his job to locate the part myself, Dave finally came over to reinstall the door with the new door sweep. Within three weeks, the bottom part of the sweep separated again--really? This time I was not bothered to contact Dave. He does lousy work, from where I sit. Instead, I hired my own handyman who actually CARED about doing a good job. He took way more time to reset the door, adjust the hinges, whatever was necessary, March 2024. This was no door expert, mind you, just someone who CARED, thanks. Today, the door sweep is intact and the door opens and closes much easier all without Pachner's help. Hopefully, this person is not representative of the way Pachner does business in general. Maybe I got unlucky, but have to say that because of this experience, I am inclined to look elsewhere, first, for my exterior renovation needs. read more

I have used other roofers and construction projects over the years (lived in this house for 27 years) I have never, ever had as good of an experience as I did with Pachner Exteriors in the Denver metro area. They are miles above the rest. I never had to worry at all. Daniel Dehdashti was the greatest. I have never had such a carefree experience on a construction project EVER. Poor to nonexistant communication. Workers began work too early in the day without warning, creating noise that disturbed residents and neighbors. Damaged property. Unable to communicate with workers because they did not understand English. Job manager absent when work was begun, did not explain job process prior to initiation. If there is a person named Pachner, never had any communication from him before or during this project. Never received any request from this business for feedback on their performance. read more

Matthew Burnett at Pachner was / is exceptional. Super easy to work with. We had another company also review, but what sold the Pachner expereice for us, was that they take care of the whole project. We had to replace the Roof, Sky Lights, Screens, and some Paint work. Matthew went above and beyond. He organized all the projects and worked with our insurance company. He kept me updated every week until construction, and was there every day when work was being done. He cleaned up every day after the workers left. He even cleaned up the mess left from roofers on our other side all around their property, knowing that there are a lot of kids on our block. Our neighbor is in construction, and he recommended Pachner, they are also his roof. We have other neighbors who went with other companies, and they are still waiting for the gutters to be done, as their roofers just do the roof. We had a great experience with Pachner, and wanted to say thanks to Matthew for making it easy for us. Our new roof looks great! read more

If I could give a zero I would.. I am a father of 5 kids so money can be tight and we decided to invest 18 thousand dollars Into simonton windows with a lifetime glass warranty from Packner Exteriors. Then we had a broken window not even a month after installation and they have completely ignored my requests to have a warrantee claim to fix the window, buyers be ware of Dillon and Packner he was my sales rep. These sales guys will tell you anything to get you to buy. But when it comes to the brass tacks they will not help you on warrantee work. I bought 15 Simonton windows with a warrantee that clearly states to contact the installing company and I did and Dillon wanted to charge me to fix the window. I also filled a BBB claim and this company hasn't even responded to the BBB. Hope this helps anyone on the fence about buying windows from Packner Exteriors a fly by night company. I would go with a larger brand like Anderson or someone anyone else. The windows are nice and installation guys were from gravinas windows and they did a great job. It's always about how a company acts when something goes wrong and after they have taken your money not what they do and say when everything goes perfect or before you have paid. Do not do business with this company or you may end up like us. Family pregnant wife and a broken window and they don't care. read more

My experience with Pachner Exteriors has been very poor at least in account handling. They were slow to perform work, agreed on insurance scope of work and pricing provided then added in lots of extras and dropped scopes of work (shed was in scope) that was more difficult and they had previously agreed too. The main roof repair appeared to go ok, ie. no leaks or failures post installation so far. Crazy that job is being closed more than a year after hail event with lots of work still undone. Communications were very slow, usually a week or more after calling in and dragged on forever. Lot different then bid walkthrough. I would not recommend using their services. So much for using established local businesses, sigh. read more

After a hail storm unlike any I have seen in 24 yrs. I talked to Isiah and let him know I was not in the position to replace the roof (insurance was not going to cover it), but he still sent someone to inspect and seal issues on the roof. This was at no charge or obligation. The next day Loren showed to inspect and seal any issues he found. He was thorough, very Knowledgeable and I did not feel he hurried anything. He let me know the issues I had and what he had sealed to help me get by. Never did I feel they were trying to "sell" me a roof. I had to ask for a quote so as I can budget to it. I feel comfortable recommending Pachner just from my interactions with them. Where I am not able to do so at this time, I do plan to work them when I can. When a storm comes through, you always are concerned about how your house has fared. With the recent hail storm about 10 days ago, that caused damage to my van, I was curious about my house, as was my husband. A Pachner employee was in our neighborhood going house to house offering free inspections. I don't normally give door to door people the time of day, but I was actually concerned about this. So Husein Bukva gave us a free inspection and determined that our asphalt shingles were still in excellent condition. He found only 1 small spot with damage, no damage elsewhere. He informed me to not let ANYONE try to sell us a new roof as it was unnecessary. I appreciate the complete honesty, it was reassuring to see a business person trying not to just make a sale. I hope we don't need to replace our roof soon, but I am keeping the business info so when we do, we can go back to an honest company. read more

The roof Pachner installed in 2015 has leaked since 3 months after. After a second major hail storm in 2016 it was necessary to replace the roof again. During the pull off of the roof Pachner installed it was discovered that the area where the leak occurs was improperly flashed and does not even meet code or industry standard. We have consulted other professionals and contacted Pachner multiple times with photo documentation regarding the issues from their defective installation however they refuse to stand behind the craftsmanship warranty they provide. In an email from when the roof leaked we were told "I stand behind our product 100%. If we installed in a manner that led to leaks, *we will fix those leaks and any resulting water damage in full*. I am not one to make excuses, and I want you to know that *we will do whatever you deem appropriate to correct the problem* However, even after providing photo documentation they refuse to pay for the damages caused. After the initial major leak they claimed to install fixes, however the true problem was in the original installation which was leaking continually but only visible when there was a major storm. Buyer beware, we were confidante working with them originally but when things went wrong they backed out on there warranty and refused to accept responsibility.
