Woodhams Ford Lincoln - Car after I hit a deer.

    Woodhams Ford Lincoln

This review is based on interactions with the body shop at the dealership…read more I hit a deer in a 2009 Ford Focus. The bumper was cracked half off and a fender was damaged pretty bad. Insurance wanted to total it out, even though it still ran fine. However, my grandfather gave me the car a year prior with just 35k miles, and had just passed away the week before, so I didn't want to just let it go. Cris, the gentleman in the body shop office, took it upon himself to make me an estimate, call my insurance company, and then have my insurance adjuster come out to assess the damage personally. Because of this action (and because of the condition and low miles of the car), the insurance company agreed to repair the vehicle. Bear in mind that the body shop had no "skin in the game," as I didn't necessarily intend to use them for the work (just getting an estimate), and did not have to waste their time at all with me, but Cris did. He was also kind and empathetic to my situation and asked nothing in return. That!! Is customer service, and the selflessness we should all exhibit when situations call for it--to offer help without expecting anything in return!

Absolutely worst place to get diagnosed problems on any car. Went in four times and got three…read morealignments done after they told me five different parts that should be repaired. First they did alignments when they should not have because my tie rod outer, front shock assembly and inner tie rod needed to be fix and still proceeded to do alignments. Each visit they told me different parts that needed repair and did alignments on those bad parts. Mind you they keep charging me every time for their mistakes. I fixed everything they said was wrong and still had the problem. And again to give them if the benefit of the doubt I went one last time after replacing all the parts to see why I'm still having problems for them to say it only needed a front lower control arm. Only go for oil changes that's all they are good at and can't mess up.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I live in another state and after seeing a truck on the lot…read moreonline, we decided to call. Talked to the owner and everything sounded great. We made the very long drive to the dealership in the winter weather, to check it out. The truck was older and we were a bit hesitant. We were promised that the truck was clean and that they do a multiple point inspection and you can't get a better deal elsewhere. The manager was so confident, he would not even budge in price. We reluctantly agreed and purchased the truck. 7 months later, the crossmember that supports the rear shocks cracked in half and left us unable to drive the truck. It was at this time we noticed that there was such severe frame damage it was very unsafe to drive not only us, but our two children in. After months of trying to save money for all the repairs, we just finally got it into the shop for the bed to be removed and everything fixed. The shop was amazed that an actual dealership was able to sell the truck to us in such horrendous shape. As I write this today, we have not even owned the truck a year. If my warning to others isn't enough, I have attached pictures that the shop took for us of our frame and crossmember. We have reached out to the owners and were pretty much told to screw off. Do not waste your money here or put your family at risk by people who care more about money than doing what is morally right.

Hellish experience purchasing from Heavenly Motors. One…read moremight expect that since they also bill themselves as a "repair & tire" service, that the vehicles were gone over and prepped. In fact, she assured me it was. Within the first day of ownership, the problems began. A pandora's box of one repair after another, week after week. My mechanic told me to call her and ask for some financial restitution as he felt some of the problems should have been addressed prior to selling. When I called she was combative, and responding as if reading from a script. Obviously having experience with previous customers who felt betrayed. I was polite but firm, and she cut me off by hanging up on me, so i resorted to texting. Eventually she said she would give me 200 dollars to offset the costs of the multiple repairs i had paid out, of which were over $1000 total. When i told her i would accept it, I never heard from her again. And they purport to be a "Christian" business? Do not be deceived by the heavenly implication, it is the other.

My wife went there to change out a tire and said they couldn't do it because it had lock lug nut…read more Ok I would totally understand if my wife didn't give them the key lug not for it. When I got home my wife told me about what they said and I went out to inspect the lug nuts. They had stripped the lock lug nut using an impact on it. You never use a impact on a lock lug nut because that happens. You take it of by hand because the vibration of the impact will mess up the lock lug nut. I went back and told them about the situation and they denied it ever happened and had no idea of the car being there that day. I wasn't upset from the stripped lug nut but the lying and refusal to admit that they did the damage. Never go there. It's a scam shop if that is what they want to call it a shop. I would post a negative star if I could.
