After the accident we went to Hiscocks to ask what we owed and how much to tow it to a scrapyard. He said 150 + 40 a night and 150+ title to haul to salvage. I asked him 4 times just to be clear. Next day we have a competitor of Hiscocks coming to buy the car for $400 from us. As SOON as Hiscocks found this out the price went up to $514!!!!! Now there is a $100 labor fee, $100 assessment fee, went from $40 a night to $50 a night!!?!!? Wouldn't even let me have the tires, said I could buy them back for $100!! They took the car and still wanted $150!!! Checked around and Hiscocks prices are double what any other tow service is for 100 miles!

He stated was not going to that late(12:30 am) we then asked to make sure that there wouldn't be 2 tow charges. He said he didn't do the billing. I called the next morning and the lady stated there would be 2 charges as well as storage. And couldn't give me a price because insurance was involved. Then they refused to bring the vehicle to my home as I paid for and now I have to get another tow service to tow it 100 yards. They will leave your abandoned vehicle on some ones less property just because they are to lazy to follow up with you. I would use someone else in the future if you want it done right.

So Harrington's automotive has dealt with several of my family members vechiles. Harrington's has…read morebeen fair and accurate. The jeep they diagnosed it with worn suspension components and brakes. My daugher wanted to do the job so when we pulled her jeep apart it was exactly as Harrington's said. Harrington diagnosed my ram. Again they were right on the money. I replaced more than they said since the truck was apart. Bottom line what they said was wrong was wrong. What Harrington said was right was right. I gladly paid them to diagnose a vechile, then they aligned it. People have gone to this shop with estimates from other shops and Harrington has fixed only what needs to done. I know multiple people and vechiles that have been one and done. This shop is worth dealing with.
