I was promised that both issues would be fixed before I picked the vehicle up two days after signing the paperwork. That didn't happen. It took an entire week for them to finally repair the leak, and the headlight wasn't fixed until two days after that. Once I finally picked up the vehicle and brought it home, I discovered yet another issue -- a leak in the driver-side floorboard. I had to bring the vehicle back again so they could repair that as well. A few months later, the air suspension warning light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle in expecting the repair to be covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I was told I had purchased. That's when I found out that the warranty I was sold was not actually full coverage as it had been explained to me during and even after the purchase. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back four separate times because the air suspension issue still has not been resolved. On top of that, I've already spent about $500 on diagnostic and labor fees trying to figure out the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager admitted that this is the first vehicle with air suspension they have worked on. Despite that, they have refused to take the vehicle to or consult with a certified mechanic who has experience with these systems to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the broken promises about repairs, the misleading explanation of the warranty, and the inability to properly diagnose a problem they admit they are unfamiliar with, I feel like I've been left dealing with ongoing issues and unnecessary costs. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be very cautious and get everything in writing.

I found a car on fb marketplace that i really liked however when i got to the car lot they didn't have It, (i wasn't happy) they had a car similar with less miles and they offered to discount the price to match the car i was looking for. I said no. At this time 'T' the owner shows up and i ask what other cars are available in my price range. T walked me ALL over that lot showing me cars. Let me test drive FIVE as I was very indecisive. There was absolutely no pressure to Hurry up (even tho they were super busy) and no pressure to buy. I appreciated that. So i pick a car. Check engine light was on but T promised to have his mechanic fix it for me at his expense but i would have to wait till Monday bc they weren't open on Saturdays. So i bought the car. (Friends and family told me there was no way he would follow thru on this and that i had been shammed.) Called T Monday to get mechanics number and didn't get an answer so i sent a text, no reply. I got busy and didn't call back until 2 weeks had passed. In that time frame the A/C had quit working so i told him i would like to get that fixed too- with little hope that he would do it as this was a cash purchase and you know how that usually goes.... Im now leaving the mechanic shop, the issue causing the check engine light AND the A/c have been fixed and T paid for the bill without any issues. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a cash car. He has two lots and hundreds of cars to choose from. But mostly because he's honest and wants to satisfy his customers. Thanks T and Mike for being good guys, you've got a customer for life.

He told me there was no damage to the vehicle, and due to its seemingly pristine condition I paid their full asking price, but when I received the car, the first thing I noticed was a deep scratch in the trunk lid. Something that would be impossible to miss! I notified the General Manager, who investigated, and confirmed the damage prior to shipping. He offered me $300 to help pay for the repair, as that is what his internal cost would be, which I accepted. I consider the matter resolved and am otherwise very happy with the condition of this beautiful car.

I bought a 2005 Bentley, it had a couple of preambles I informed them of on day of purchase. They delivered the car to me a day late and didn't inform me of the late delivery date, so it was returned, so I had to pay for it to be delivered back to me. The second day both batteries was completed dead, so I had to pay a tow service to deliver it back to Da Vinci. The car was there for five weeks before he fixed the battery. The other problem was the, tire pressure Sencer, which, was noted on day of purchase, never fixed, still under warranty. next the keys, only one key, I requested a second key and when he, Louis, realize a set of keys would cost $1998,00, he refused it issue a new set of keys. The key that I have just crank the car, doesn't lock the car, so I am stuck with these repairs. Please, please, check everything, AC, windows hood, stereo, tires, all lights, ect. If you fail to check and note everything, he will not repair nothing and after notating everything, I would be surprised if he fix anything. At the present, I am spending over $3,000.00 in warranty coverage. Da Vinci may not suck, but Louis D. does.
