I have insurance but a very high deductible. I tried to set-up a monthly payment plan, but it was way too high and they would not budge. I was making monthly payments, but they don't care - they still sent my account to collections. What a joke- not willing to work with people at all on a reasonable plan. I also called on this at least 5 times. Never again and don't recommend going here unless you absolutely have to

They gave…read moreme an estimate that my services would cost $350, and a few weeks later my bill came to $5916. It turns out it was a good faith estimate, and it was my job to do their job for them on whether I would in fact be covered. They gave me absolutely no guidance as to this fact, so I went to Minnesota from California and paid the price upon my return. I was recommended to travel out of state to see Yoon-He Cha, a doctor who specialized in my rare neurological condition, Mal de débarquement syndrome. She was perfectly nice and gave some advice, but none of the services rendered remotely justified the outrageous cost. I have had far more helpful interventions and care from other practitioners, so don't waste your money unless your insurance covers it. Even then, the Steady Coach and Mount Sinai have done much more good for me, so probably not worth the flight unless you're extremely desperate.

The registration process was fairly seamless, and the doctors were kind and focused on my children's experience. When we took my youngest child, it was a little bumpy, or than when we took my oldest last night. However, in both instances, the doctors were beyond excellent. The nurses were kind and responsive as well, but the bedside manner of the doctors was what stood out this trip. One concern I do want to notice is that there seems to be a glitch in their medication ordering system, which did not permit the nurse to get the medication needed within a timely manner. Apparently, this has been going on for days and the health staff have brought this forward for internal review multiple times. I hope this gets fixed as it does. She was an CNP- NURSE PRACTITIONER but she kept giving an impression that she was a doctor. a doctorate of nurse practitioner is not a DOCTOR, it's a level of education for nurse practitioner. She was arrogant and dismissive of concerns I had and was RUDE AS HELL. Never again will i be seen by her. The other nurses I encountered were great, Molly was awful.

And the floor wasn't even a gross, scratched up linoleum. The nurse was nice, the doctor helpful. She diagnosed my problem and gave me a prescription. And I didn't even have to pay anything that day! I filled out a sliding scale payment form, and paid little, then when I retroactively got insurance, they were able to get paid.

They said over the phone "yes we do sliding feed scale" and then sent to me the paperwork that I had to fill out via fax. When I got there they accepted my filled out paperwork, my SSI award letter, made me answer a few more questions, and then finally got me back into a dental chair. When the actual dentist looked inside my mouth. He told me that I would be better off getting implants. The idea of getting implants was fine with me but that did not stop the fact that I was still in pain and needed to have that tooth removed. When I questioned that, they told me that they did not have the means to do so and referred me to the dentist school What a lie. When I questioned why they would not pull the tooth they told me that it would not be in my best interest. I knew what they really meant which was that it would not be in THEIR best interest since I do not have insurance. When I asked again about them accepting a sliding fee, they told me that every office is different in how they do that. Yes I understand that every office is different on how they do a sliding fee scale for payment but at the end of the day it is the same - they take a certain percentage off and the customer pays the difference. Instead, I was shuffled into an office where they told me that I needed to have insurance and the person sitting at the desk was suppose to help me but did not do so. Instead, he just kept staring at the paperwork that I had turned in. How anyone could give this place more than 3 stars is well beyond my scope of thought.

I had a simple visit and wanted a flu shot, my wait was not long and they did put me in a room and attend to my visit right away that was nice. There was not a receptionist and luckily the neighborhood this clinic in is friendly and the people already waiting were able to direct each new person as to the "process" to get signed in and be seen. My insurance pays for these type of visits but do they know what is happening at these places or is anyone concerned?

She took my insurance card and license and got all my info down and seated me without even asking me why I was there. I went into the room shortly after and was told to pee in a cup without them even knowing why I was there lol. So I did and came back to a mother, with her children, yelling at the doctor for something and her then storming out of the place. I went to sit in the room and wait for the nurse to see me. She came in, took vitals and then left. Mean while, I could hear people stomping around and yelling in the building next door. The doctor came in and listened to my heart and told me with my symptoms and my "irregular" heart beat I needed to go to urgent care immediately to get an ekg. I did, and there was no irregular heart beat and my other symptom was nothing to worry about. This caused me an anxiety attack and an extra doctor bill for nothing. This place seemed run down and the people running it don't know what they are doing. 1 star. Don't recommend it for even minor things

While there, I did talk about some back pain, which lead to a discussion about putting an MRI referral on the med record for later in case I wanted to get one for later. I wanted to wait because most of it would not be covered through insurance and I expressed I didn't want to spend a lot for healthcare. I was also sent for what I thought was a routine blood test. Several days later, I get a bill for nearly $100 just for a complex blood test that was 100% NOT covered by my insurance. It tested for a specific vitamin deficiency, but had the medical professional asked and told me that this was the blood test that was being run, I would have easily let them know that the particular test was not necessary. On top of that, the MRI referral was not even added to my medical record. I also had to contact them to update my insurance information (even though they should have already had it) because my initial claim for the other services was denied because they did not send it to the right company. So, in the end I came out with an unnecessary bill, unnecessary tests, and none of the things I originally sought from the appointment. On the plus, it's easy to get a quick appointment (for medical, apparently dental can be a bit of a wait). And, the cost of services if you don'y have health insurance can be much cheaper than other medical centers in the area - especially since they seem to have a sliding scale option for those with low income.
