Did I ever think I would be reviewing a laundry mat? Definitely not. But here we are!…read more This laundry mat is brightly lit, has a machine for detergent and dryer sheets and a change machine. They have attendants until 8pm (but open until 9pm). All the detergent was reasonably priced ($1.25 for a box of tide). I loved the free WiFi! There were plenty of seating options, including a table where I was able to eat dinner. Also provided bench seating outside. Halfway through a 16 day vacation and we desperately needed to do laundry. We stayed in Carlsbad for the night and desperately needed fresh clothing. Came in around 7pm and was out the door around 8pm- not bad! They have small and large washers and plenty of dryers on the left side of the laundry mat.

They took a month and a half to fix my car. And also, is it common for them to siphon the gas out…read moreof your car and not replace it? I've been to other repair shops and NEVER got my car back with a completely empty tank that couldn't even register the miles left to empty because it was so low. Keep in mind it was full when I put it in their custody. I was charged for a balance and alignment, but of course my car didn't get that. They have the worst customer service and are very poorly managed and it's very obvious. If you have State Farm and have the misfortune of wrecking in Carlsbad, do yourself the favor and pay to have your car hauled to literally anywhere else in the world. I've NEVER had to deal with so much bull.

However, these people really stood out. I especially want to thank Carol Alvarez who kept the whole thing moving on time

We have a contract for the sale of property in Carlsbad with them, and have constantly had to ride…read morethem about their inability to follow the contract, or even deposit our payments by the due date. This month I contacted the buyer and found out when he has actually been making the payments. He pays on Thursday and they will NOT deposit his payments until the following week. Monday if we call, Tuesday or Wednesday if we don't. That's almost a week PAST the due date. When I spoke with them this month about it I was given an excuse as always and told we ALWAYS deposit the following business day! Really the next business day is well into the following week. Ok didn't know that's how the next business day worked. Got it! For a whole year unbeknownst to us ( as we trusted them lesson learned) they didn't collect extra for the property and trailer taxes or the insurance. They didn't even make sure the buyer kept insurance on the property ( the escrow was supposed to take care of all of that per contract), which he had for only one month that year then dropped it for the rest of the year. We did not find out until the taxes came due in December of that year. Took 6 months to get them straightened out and reimbursed for us paying the taxes that the contract stated the buyer was responsible for and Diamond Escrow was supposed to have been collecting for the whole year!!! I've had to call for the last several months straight just to make sure we even get our money deposited and like I stated it's ALWAYS LATE!! The owner wont even talk to me politely anymore and hands us off to her assistant to deal with. It's to the point I've stopped using my good southern manners with them as well!! Going to start looking into my options.
