I then had to call again because one of the sprinkler heads was leaking so badly that the system wasn't working when they came out to install it, He said that I would be charged for the broken head and if I didn't pay, they would never come back! That night when I saw the sprinkler system working, I noticed that he had installed the new sprinkler head facing the driveway and had put it on so tightly that I could not move it. I had to wait 10 days for them to come out to fix the mistake that they made!
