The lady taking my order was very friendly and helpful. The truck appeared to be very clean. After I ordered, I was given a buzzer for when my meal would be ready. Their menu appears to be mainly Korean and Asian inspired. I ordered the Bulkogi loaded sweet potato fries with pulled pork. It was delicious and really hit the spot. And being at the gardens made it perfect so I could walk about 4 miles to get my digestion going. I recommend this food truck if you come across it.

We came in off the beach today earlier than normal to go here. Super casual - a food truck in a parking lot close to 17. It seems most take their food to go. They also have a few picnic tables we chose to use so the food would be hot and fresh. They weren't busy today. I understand their crowds diminished after leaving the location next to Beaver Bar. The bulk of their business is catering. Just one young man working this evening. He was super pleasant & went out of way to provide anything we needed. My husband and I both ordered the shrimp/grouper combo. WOW - it is a lot of food, perfectly fried, excellent homemade potato chips and lots of sauces for dipping. I ended up going with a Death by Chocolate. A few seconds later, after putting the finishing touches in the confectionary delight, I was presented with my cupcake. It was a solid cupcake. Not dry by any means, but not overly moist. It was topped with ample icing, but not so much as to require the Wolford Brimley be seanced back to provide me supplies. We ordered ahead using the Street Food Finder app, and were able to schedule a time for pickup as well. Some places don't let you do that, so when you order, you need to go pick it up right away. There were many options on the menu, but we all decided that cake in a jar was the way to go. I mean, why not? My 16oz jar was full of peanut butter and chocolate goodness, with chocolate cupcake in there too. This thing was full to the brim, and in one sitting, I could only get maybe halfway down. It was so sweet and decadent, and the cupcake itself was moist and welcoming. I am looking forward to finishing the rest of it off on my lunch break today.
