Their menu appears to be mainly Korean and Asian inspired. I ordered the Bulkogi loaded sweet potato fries with pulled pork. It was delicious and really hit the spot. The bulk of their business is catering. Just one young man working this evening. He was super pleasant & went out of way to provide anything we needed. My husband and I both ordered the shrimp/grouper combo. WOW - it is a lot of food, perfectly fried, excellent homemade potato chips and lots of sauces for dipping. I found the truck at the Gay Bingo event here in Charleston, and I had a Pina Coco drink, which was frosty and refreshing. The workers were quick at serving the drinks and handling the crowd, so the line wasn't super long. I'm sure the limited menu helps with this. The truck donated a portion of the proceeds back the cause (Lowcountry AIDS foundation), which I thought was an excellent idea and good excuse to enjoy a drink.
