My friends and family cannot believe the fantastic condition of the car. When you purchase a car like this, you need to have confidence in the dealer because there are things that could be wrong. I can see that Larry chooses his cars carefully. HiLine demonstrated to me they really know the intricate details of the Mercedes SL line and have the expertise to deliver. If you are looking for a collectible or specialty car, I highly recommend you look at Larry's HiLine inventory on their website and buy one of their cars.

Multiple promises were made to send over details and documentation, yet every follow-up led to another excuse, delay, or indirect response. What made it worse was the constant effort to justify the car's inflated asking price based on supposed maintenance and prep work, while refusing or being unable to provide straightforward specifics on the actual vehicle in question. At one point I was even sent paperwork for an entirely different car, as if that somehow answered anything. Being "busy" is not an excuse for poor communication or lack of basic follow-through. If someone is too busy to provide simple information on a car they're actively advertising for sale, that says a lot about how they operate overall. After nearly two weeks of back and forth, the interaction ultimately ended with me being told they were "too busy" to even assess the car anytime soon. That pretty much summed up the entire experience. The whole interaction came across as arrogant, dismissive, and unnecessarily difficult for no reason. I eventually decided to take my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same before your time gets wasted as well. For clarity: I was never denied financing, never discussed credit approval, and financing was never relevant to this situation in the first place. I was a cash buyer and was prepared to pick the vehicle up the same day I initially called nearly two weeks ago. I was informed it will take time to prepare, which I totally understand, and was willing to give him the nearly two weeks I waited just to get the basic information to me. This review is strictly about the lack of communication, follow-through, and inability or unwillingness to provide straightforward information on a vehicle that was actively advertised for sale. I also have direct text records with the dealership regarding the vehicle and the repeated delays in providing information, so there is no confusion about whether this interaction took place or if it was with the correct dealership. Any attempts by the dealership to discredit my experience are false and would only show the true character of the dealership and how it operates. Edit after their reply: I did NOT ask for a discount, only that I was informed what repairs had taken place so I could comsider what value they added for me personally and decide if I was happy with paying a premium for those repairs being done (whatever they were). I would never negotiate the price of a vehicle before considering its value. I was NEVER informed that a deposit is required for them to even assess the vehicle for a customer, which is a poor business model to begin with- requiring money before even being willing to discuss the vehicles details is extremely shady business. My texts show how obviously dismissive the owner was about my requests, and his false reply shows his true character. BUYER BEWARE.
