Our design consultant, Jessica Carroll, was so sweet! Patient, knowledgable, understanding, helpful, and well prepared to explain every facet of window treatments with us! She stayed with us for a good 2-3 hours explaining our options: shades, blinds, shutters, etc. Once we decided what we'd like, she took measurements & payments that same day. She had to give us 3 different arrival times as different parts of the order were coming from different places. To be honest, I wasn't happy with that....... but I guess that's "just how it is" with custom orders. Each time part of the order came in, the absolute BEST installer, Cavan, came by to install. Before install, he re-measured and realized that Jessica had missed one window when measuring/ordering. It was an office window -- so no big deal. $hit happens, right? Having that missing window shade added to the order was not a pleasant experience, and of course, it didn't come with the rest of the order -- I guess they couldn't expedite it. When it arrived, it was made incorrecly (just had the wand on the wrong side of the window -- nothing horrible, yet still incorrect!) It took nearly TWO MONTHS to get everything here and installed! Everything looks amazing and was well worth the wait!! My only complaint is that it took soooooo long to arrive --- but you do get what you pay for! I'm glad we spent the extra to get custom window treatments! Give 3 day Blinds a shot -- just be prepared to wait a little while for your order!

We placed our order at the beginning of March and were told the product we chose was on backorder and we would not receive until July. Recently called to just ask for the opening mechanism to be changed since it isn't in production and the materials are on backorder. Our customer care rep said "it's in production and can't be changed". If it's in production, I should see my blinds next week. It still has a delivery date of July 1. I've sat on hold with customer service and no help yet. As most people said, their sales reps were amazing. But forget the customer service. I would recommend going somewhere else. For the cost, the customer service doesn't even come close to adequate.

I had a basic idea and Kamila had so many more great ideas for my new kitchen and I totally trusted her to make those big decisions that would make the kitchen look great. She has a perfectionist eye and can see what needs to be done ten steps before it happens! She is very conscience of a budget and will work with you to save you every penny she can. We did most of the demo and anything that we were confident in doing and with her supervision, it went flawlessly. I used Ikea products and Kamila was a whiz at putting the cupboards and drawers together! She found me the best deal on my beautiful granite countertops and let me use her business discount on paint. We did not require a contractor but others may and Level Up are very well versed in what you need to know and do before you do for any major structural changes. Kamila was amazing in helping pick paint colors, complimenting tile colors and backsplash and she knew what would make colors pop and what trim would make clean finishes.
