Bee Tree Homes is run by Chuck and Katrina Hosea, both of whom were very professional to deal with. The work I had done was primarily accomplished by Thomas and Aaron. I am extremely happy with the results. The place looks like the walls were never there in the first place! My home was built in 1924 so nothing is straight, making it tedious to do any sort of renovating. But Bee Tree came through - the crown molding looks seamless, the paint job is perfect, and they even had to add some hardwood flooring, doing a fantastic job matching it to what was already there (hard to do since the floors are original). Simply put, everything looks perfectly seamless, which must have been difficult given the age of the house. Besides the excellent craftsmanship, they were very polite, courteous, and professional - not at all the "rough around the edges" types you can sometimes get. The one negative would be the communication. I was initially quoted 4-5 days to get the job done, but it ended up taking almost twice that long due to some unforeseen difficulties. No problem with the extension, but I was often left in the dark as to what exactly was going on. I'd often have to initiate the communication rather than Bee Tree being proactive and calling me up. However, when I did ask questions or have any concerns, they answered promptly and without sounding annoyed that their customer kept calling them. So in all, I'd highly recommend them for any sort of home renovation or remodel. You'll be very happy with the results, just be proactive with communicating with them.

Our design consultant, Jessica Carroll, was so sweet! Patient, knowledgable, understanding, helpful, and well prepared to explain every facet of window treatments with us! She stayed with us for a good 2-3 hours explaining our options: shades, blinds, shutters, etc. Once we decided what we'd like, she took measurements & payments that same day. She had to give us 3 different arrival times as different parts of the order were coming from different places. To be honest, I wasn't happy with that....... but I guess that's "just how it is" with custom orders. Each time part of the order came in, the absolute BEST installer, Cavan, came by to install. Before install, he re-measured and realized that Jessica had missed one window when measuring/ordering. It was an office window -- so no big deal. $hit happens, right? Having that missing window shade added to the order was not a pleasant experience, and of course, it didn't come with the rest of the order -- I guess they couldn't expedite it. When it arrived, it was made incorrecly (just had the wand on the wrong side of the window -- nothing horrible, yet still incorrect!) It took nearly TWO MONTHS to get everything here and installed! Everything looks amazing and was well worth the wait!! My only complaint is that it took soooooo long to arrive --- but you do get what you pay for! I'm glad we spent the extra to get custom window treatments! Give 3 day Blinds a shot -- just be prepared to wait a little while for your order!
