They came to my home with their fabric selections and I was able to choose a fabric fairly quickly. The new drapes came out beautifully! I did not want to have to replace all the decorative drapery rings and carriers but a few of my original ones were missing. Since the old ones were 7 years old, it was very difficult to find the exact matches, but Heike and Cliff worked diligently until they located the exact ones to match the old ones!
