She was rude, missed most of the hair, stated it's too short (it wasn't it was 1/2"), lifted my skin in multiple places, and couldn't tell me what brand of wax they use. Her tools were scattered all over the countertop, on dirty paper towels, not in disinfectant where they are legally mandated to be, so I refused to let her use them. She argued with me when I explained that I had not shaved, and that I know the hair is long enough since I'm a licensed cosmetologist and have been waxing other people and myself for 15 years. This lady said she's been so it for 30...and she's STILL that terrible at her job. Absolutely not. This place should be shut down.

I had very large pores when I first started with her and now it is the difference between night and day. I also had a severe Rosacea and had to constantly take medication to heal blisters on my face. I have not taken and medication for 9 years. Thanks to Clara. I have been to very expensive Spas and they were not half as good as C's Medi Spa. Clara is highly educated in all fields of beauty. If you plan to go to a Spa - C's Medi Spa is the only place you should consider. PS I am in my 70's and no one ever guesses my age correctly. When I said I already told you, that's when she starting lecturing me how much of a difference ALL of that detail would make for my making an appointment. This low IQ person decided my business wasn't nescessary and the owner didn't care anyway. Is this salon so desperate to book every single second of their time? All I wanted was a trim for shoulder length hair. Message to owner: Take some time to train whomever is answering your phones on providing good customer service.
