Also stated metal in the power steering fluid so ran a sample through a coffee filter and no metal there. Long story short after a phone call and going down there for the manager to a look at it he still feels his mechanic was in the right and felt the fluid was definitely dirty. Did say that brown/muddy "may" have been a little much. Bad taste in my mouth over actions and words used. Not going back and not recommending them anymore. Highly recommend them!…read more Was on I-90 coming from Tri Cities WA heading to Riverside State Park in 90-degree weather when the battery light came on the truck while pulling a 3 horse living quarters. Started calling shops, and NW Diesel answered their phone and said they could fit us in to look at the truck. The AC ended up going out on us as well. Once we arrived (after dropping the horse trailer and horses), they were able to pull the truck in within less than 10 min to check it out and determined the issue right away and get the part ordered and fixed within a couple of hours or less. They were very helpful and understanding of the situation and able to explain what was going on. The lobby is very clean and does not have a mechanic shop or oil or grease smell.
