ZERO Stars although Yelp doesn't allow for zero stars. I made an appointment online several weeks ago to get my alignment done on my vehicle at 10am today 12/29/2023. Showed up with my email confirmation in hand and the guy behind the counter says to me that "I" have a problem as their online scheduling system doesn't actually schedule an appointment with them and that I should have called to confirm my appointment. Hmmm. I said that this is not a me problem its a you problem and that I have my confirmation email and he advised me that yes this is a 'me' problem and that he cannot get me in for several weeks. Hmm again, its my problem that their system does not schedule itself and I should call to confirm even though they sent me a confirmation email. After many years of having my vehicles serviced at this location (yes online appointments also) as they are close to home, I will never go back to them. They have lost a long time customer as of today. I have no problem giving my money to a local more expensive mechanic. read more

Got a flat tire late Friday night and had to have my car towed here to be left for the morning. They were quick with repair and done by 9am on a Saturday! Also didn't cost me my limbs! Watched a technician come out and show a customer brake pads that he said needed to be replaced or would cause issues with his rotors. Funny thing the pads looked like they had a lot of life left in them. Also didn't bother to tell the gentleman what it would cost. Lost faith in that I could trust what they tell me. read more

Based on 3 visits with 3 different trucks or vans I can not recommend this location of the Tire Rama tire and repair centers. 1st visit was for new tires and aliment. Plus I made it very clear that my low pressure sensor light is always on. Made it very clear this is a must to be repaired. I left them the van as I had a ride arranged. Later that day I picked the van up. Driving away I noticed my low tire pressure warning was still on. Came right back to inquire. Tech told me it must be driven a bit. Well I own a few of this van model. I asked them to reset the system with the hand held device and program. They did so and said. Oh you have a bad sensor. I said yes I know and the work order stated to be sure to repair the issue. Hmm safety concern. I'd say so. They offered to fix it but could not the. Because they are busy and asked me to come back another time. Disappointed but reasonable and things happen. So. When the next service van needed work I brought it in. This van needed tires. Alinement and AC recharged. Dropped it off asking if it would be all done that day. Yes. No problem. So I left with my ride on a Friday morning. That evening I call to see where we are at. I get told I need a camber kit. Mind you the van has 42,000 miles and have never needed these high priced bolts on any of the other 8 vans I have or had. But ok. Then I was told. And because of all the work needed it would not be done till Monday. I assumed they were closed over the weekend. Nope. Open Saturday but my van just sat there. Monday I call. Letting them know I need the van back by 1pm as I have a 300 mile trip. He tells me it is all done but they can't get the steering wheel straight. But it runs straight and it is alined. But I'd have to bring it back another day. Hmm. Ok. I get the van. Pay my over$1100 bill and they mention they were able to straighten the steering wheel. I asked it they test drive it and they confirm they had. I leave and within a mile I discover. No. The wheel is not straight. And even driving on a road slopped toward the curb the van pulls to the center of the road. So I call. I was asked to hold. A couple mins later he gets back on the line and asks if I'm still there. And asks me to hold a bit longer. Then hangs up on me. I visit another tire shop hoping to have their competition correct the steering. But they were busy I call back to tire Rama surprised they never called me back after hanging up on me. Whole on the phone with them I pass another Tire Rama location and ask if I can take it to them. He calls them and sets it up for me I get there. They test drive it and agree. It is pulling and the wheel is not straight. They put it on the rack. And make some adjustment. Back out to test drive then come back and say it's better I say better or fixed. He says better and feels the camber on the drivers side is off. And the alinement was slightly off. But said he did not have a tech in that day to fix it. So. I had no choice but to head out on my300 mike drive. The 2nd location got the steering wheel mostly straight. But it still pulls consistently to the left. Now mind you. Before they touched the van it drove perfectly straight. Tire Rama's tag line is. More than a tire store. No. They are a tire store. If you want tires I think you'll be ok. Beyond that. Beware. This review applied to the Sullivan location as it is the only shop I've had repair work done. Perhaps other location have better equipment or techs. Oh. And I'm pretty sure one of my tires are not completely balanced. This van was very smooth and handled great. Before I can get back to Tire Rama I'll put 1000 miles on this van before this coming Friday. They are confident the pulling will not cause tire damage. So. We will see between now and then. If so. I'll expect replacement tires. read more

Bait and switch??? Or poor just poor communication?? Decide for yourself but I will never do business with Tire-Rama again. TWICE THE QUOTED AMOUNT=Judge for yourself as this is just my side of the story! 11/3/18 I had some new winter tires that needed to be mounted on my rims so I had my wife call Tire-Rama on Sullivan. She called them and said that she had snow tires that needed to be mounted on wheels and she was quoted $70 dollars on the phone to mount tires!!! When we showed up to drop the car off the guy at the counter told us no on the quote-they are new tires that YOU DIDNT BUY FROM US so it will be $27 and change per tire because of liability. (Funny- They sell used tires and new tires. I wonder if they charge for Liability on those). We had the day scheduled to visit sick relatives so we just went ahead and left the car to get the tires taken care of instead of ruining our day. I had told the counter guy that we had a phone quote again when we picked it up and he was indifferent to my complaint and didn't care. His excuse was to blame his coworkers as not doing their job to relay information. It was not the dollar amount this is the big problem-I would of taken the car there and payed the $140.00 dollar bill because of the way the day was scheduled out anyway if they had quoted me that to begin with. Let me start by saying Ken was awesome! We got a flat on our rv and no one had the tires. Called Ken and he not only took the time to track down the tires we needed, but when we weren't able to get them expedited here (which we needed since we were going camping 4 days later), he sent one of his guys down to Oregon to go get them. Service with Ken was awesome and easy! However, when we picked up our rv and took it out to our campsite we noticed a huge gouge on the back bumper. Not a huge deal, though not awesome. Whatever though, it's fine. Then we tried to open our electrical and sewer cover boxes and found that they were jammed shut. Apparently, when the rear bumper got its gouge it jammed the bar that all the covers line up on. So now we can't access our electrical or sewer to hook up. That is a problem. We are too far out to turn around before they close, so we make do with the generator. In the morning we load up and head back. Get to Tire-Rama about 5 and are rudely told by several people that "only one person drove it", "no one backs up, only drive around the circle", couldn't have happened here". We can see clearly where the rv hit the dumpster, our paint is still up the corner and the side of it. Lines up exactly and color swap matches. Still told very rudely "good luck. Nothing I'm going to do about it. We don't back up" by Steve. We asked if they have any cameras on the lot- they say no. None at all. Even if they did, wouldn't matter because they don't ever back up. Our RV tells a different story. Steve and three other guys (I didn't get there names) then followed us around as we drove to take pics of the dumpster to send to corporate, rudely saying it wasn't possible and even if it lines up there is nothing to do with them and literally telling my husband "good luck" with getting anyone there to do anything. We called their manager Greg, and phone went straight to vm. Left a message, but will be surprised for anything else. $3500 for tires, and now possibly more money depending on what we need to do to get our boxes to open and close properly. Aside from Ken who deserves 5 stars no doubt, Steve and his minions should have negative stars if possible. read more

I've taken my car here twice for service, and the first time was a breeze, but the second time, we experienced some questionable practices. Thus, I don't feel 1 star is fair, but 2 stars is generous. Consider this 1.5 stars. First, I received a phone call stating that the air filter was very dirty and needed to be replaced. I didn't really have time to look into it, so I agreed to it, but later I contacted a mechanic relative who told me that it would be highly unusual for a car with as low of mileage as mine to truly need that replaced. Second, when my husband dropped the car off, they asked if it would need a tire rotation. This is curious because we just had tire service on it 2 months prior, and we haven't put many miles on it since. There is no way it would need a tire rotation, and their records should have shown that. Nevertheless, my husband asked for the price to have the rotation and he was told, "$3.50." After he picked the car up and was billed, the cost was actually $3.50 per tire, but that was never communicated. Obviously you don't rotate a single tire, so giving the single tire price - and just the single tire price - is intentionally misleading to the consumer. My husband called the next day when I noticed the discrepancy on the bill, and the guy told him in a passive-aggressive tone that if he came in, they would refund the difference. They clearly didn't expect my husband to take them up on that because when he showed up a little later, the guy at the desk claimed that he had not answered the phone ("it must have been the guy in the back") and then said that someone would have to come back on Monday when the manager is in (contrary to the information provided over the phone). Finally after some additional conversation, the guy finally caved and offered the refund with an attitude that it was really putting him out. The whole thing was not about the money, but the weasly service - from the misquote initially to giving an attitude about honoring the information given over the phone. Luckily for me, there are many tire and service stations across the area because I don't feel comfortable returning. read more

Again, as I review another Tire Rama location...I don't understand all of these poor reviews. These guys, I tell ya. Greg the manager was extremely accommodating. We purchased four brand new tires at another location more than a year ago. Came in right before closing today at their location on Sullivan to have a huge hole fixed on our flat tire and we were in and out I less than 30 minutes. Oh and since I purchased my tires through their company, the repair was complementary. Amazing customer service. read more

After being a customer for 10 years, I can honestly say that I'll never come back. The oil changes and brake replacements by these guys have been sub-par, and I've had to return several times to fix problems that they caused. The kicker was when they suggested getting a new battery. I took their advice, had them put in a new battery, and then I was back in the next day because my car was having trouble starting. Everything was fine before the battery change, but now they started to tell me that there are starter problems and so forth. Long story short, avoid all Tire-Rama stores, especially the Liberty Lake and Sullivan branches. read more

I went in yesterday 6/12/2017 to get my flat fixed, simple enough right? I was told it would be an hour, two hours later I call to get a status to see if my flat tire had been fixed, they then said it would be another hour and a half. Finally, I get this call from your guys saying that my valve stem and core had seized and they broke it off inside of the valve stem on my tire turning it to get it out and that instead of the $18 to fix my tire that I needed to pay an additional $60 in order to replace the tmsi sensor because they had broke mine. If you know that a valve core is seized up in the stem, dont turn it, you call the customer before you attempt to get it out to see what they want to do, that did not happen for me, it was too late, they had already snapped it off. I haggled with the guy at the front desk, I told him it broke on his time, and he needed to replace it, he argued back, his excuse was "it is just one of those things", said that my "valve core was copper and it had melded to the casing and there was nothing they could do". There was something he could have done, how about not forcing it to turn and snapping it off and calling me first to let me know its seized???? I think I should have gotten a call before having been put into un agreed upon debt but again, that did not happen. I had to give up on my argument because the guy behind the front desk wasn't going to budge. So, $80 later, my tire is fixed. It was wrong to continue to try to get it out knowing it was seized without calling me first. I do not think that I should have had to pay for something that they broke. Unless this is resolved I am never coming in again and will make sure that my family and friends do not either, I feel completely taken advantage of and I am not ok with it. read more

Went in today for a tire patch, rotation, and siping . Was told by assistant store manager Greg that he could have me done in an hour and a half . I patiently waited the hour and a half . As I observed the progress on my truck I found that an hour into the alleged work that the only thing they had accomplished was taking my tires off the truck. As an hour and a half rolled by I observed one tire being put on my truck . I still waited patiently, but was obviously not happy . Greg continued to crack jokes with customers and even the store manager left for the day. Still at two and a half hours there sat my truck with now two tires on it . At this point I was beyond pissed and again Greg the jokester was in full swing , cracking jokes and talking to himself . When he finally addressed the fact that I was still there , I expressed my disappointment with the service. Greg again cracked a joke about his stupid people and then gave afeeble attempt to tell his crew to get busy on my truck. Finally at three hours of my truck being there for a simple tire rotation with siping and a patch for a small leak, my truck pulled up to the front door. The total charge was $65.00 for three hours of my time. For what I make an hour they should have paid me to have come into the store. I manage a 46 million dollar company and when I tell a customer an hour and a half, you can bet your ass that I will have the job done in that time. My company states that we should always be who we say we are, and tirerama definitely cannot deliver on that expectation. I had poor experience in this same store three years ago, but I stopped by earlier this same day and the aired up the tires on my jeep with no hesitation so I thought I would give them another chance. Sorry I did as I spent three hours of my only day off while these clowns screwed off . Not another dime !! read more
