I am a 1st time homebuyer and finding it difficult in this current market to find housing in my price range. Therefore, I have broadened my concept of what a "home" could possibly look like for myself and have started to learn about modular and manufactured homes. So I called Paramount to inquire about those types of houses and Maribel patiently spoke with me for 45mins educating me and making sure she answered every question I had as thoroughly as she could to her depth of her knowledge. Although she is a sales agent, she took care to make sure I understood this type of home purchase from all sides. I felt valued as a person and as a dollar sign.
