We grabbed an early dinner this afternoon. I think we were the first people seated. This is a very nice looking and clean restaurant. The menu is limited, but has a lot of variety. We had burgers, veggies and a calamari starter. It was all excellent! What really made our experience over the top was our waitress, Cassie H. She is amazing! On the ball, great sense of humor, and just a really nice person. We will certainly go back and visit again, hopefully Cassie will be in and have an open table for us in her section. Pro Tips: if you get a burger, try the sea salt fries with Mayo. Also, if Cassie is your waitress, ask her about her earplug incident it's a funny story!

Ribeye, mashed potatoes and asparagus with dipping sauces

Was at Tioga Downs for the weekend, so I thought since I was at the casino and won a few bucks, they could buy me dinner at P.J. Clarke's. Bread was good, and the jumbo shrimp cocktail wasn't as jumbo as I would have liked, but tasted very good. The beer was cold. For the main course, the ribeye done medium rare was both somewhat rough and chewy yet somewhat tasty, the mashed potatoes were a little runny and the asparagus was hard, but tasted mediocre. The dipping sauces were a bonus. Service was adequate. Overall I give P.J. Clarke's a 2.75/5 stars.

My companion and I had dinner recently at P.J. Clark's. We were greeted and seated immediately. I ordered Shrimp Cocktail as an appetizer and Chili Glazed Mahi Mahi for entree. My companion ordered Crab Cake for appetizer and Filet Mignon for entree. We were both pleased with our appetizers. My companion said his filet was one of the best he's had in a long time. I liked the sweet/spicy glaze on the Mahi Mahi but felt it was slightly overcooked. The Forbidden Rice was an interesting & delicious addition and the the broccolini was perfect. Our server Katelyn was friendly and attentive. We will return soon.

My wife and I sat at the bar. Tom, the bartender, made our experience entertaining and often asked how we were doing. Our food and drinks were very enjoyable. It is a little on the more expensive side comparatively to other eateries in the Tioga Downs Casino Resort, but it was a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend the Reuben. It's a big sandwich and filled me up easily.

We stopped in basically off a couple reviews and found parking difficult as we don't live in town. You need to park in a lot just off the bridge and then walk over railroad tracks. The side lot I believe is for an apartment building and there are tow signs everywhere, but a welcome door into the establishment? The bartender was very welcoming and the bar has a great view of the Susquehanna river. They have tvs but they are hooked to some Roku thing so you'll never see anything live. They have a decent beer menu, probably bigger than they need. They offer a Sunday brunch menu which looked delicious but we ordered off the regular menu because it was 1pm. I had the crab cake sandwich. Not bad but mostly filler. The homemade chips are a plus. My wife had the shrimp po boy. She loved it. My wife's mocktail was tasty, she said. I get what this place is trying to be and it could be awesome. They have a lot of promotions posted. This reminds me of restaurant/bars on a river or an inlet except they had a dock or marina near by. The drinks were good.

From the building and decor, to the drinks and decor, NOLA is everywhere on the menu and in the restaurant. We started with a State Street Hurricane (dark and light rum, passionfruit, and lime) and a Spicy Margarita, which were both great. We had a half dozen of both of their oyster selections (Malpeque from PEI and Spindrift from MA), which they serve with freshly shaved horseradish (a nice touch). Then we shared a Caesar salad, their fish fry, and their special of the night - pan-seared arctic char (with a creamy tomato sauce with capers, cheesy grits, and garlicy spinach). Everything was great. As usual, our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, and we couldn't eat everything we ordered. But the food was so good we ate most of our leftovers the next day for breakfast. The service was very good, and the vibes are great - it's comfortable, casual, and fun. We had a fun meal and some great food. I'd happily return.

We specifically went back for the prime rib after reading someone mention how they prepared it just the way they liked -- we both ordered it seared and it was honestly the best prime rib I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and mouth watering. The prices were very reasonable, the portions were just right, and nothing felt overdone or pretentious. Also, don't skip the fried cheese curds -- they were amazing. If you're anywhere near the area, The Decoy is absolutely worth a stop (or two).
