We met several friends at P.F. Chang's for an early dinner. For beverages, we ordered wine, beer, and pomegranate lemonade. We decided on a few appetizers first. We had an order of lettuce, wrapped chicken, pork potstickers, and one dragon roll sushi. For the main course, we had another order of dragon roll, sushi, crispy, honey chicken, firecracker shrimp, 2 pepper beefs, and Buddha's Feast. Service was very quick and all dishes came out at once. All dishes were quite good and satisfying. It was a nice meal. Arriving early was a good idea for conversing. Several free covered parking and valet options. I ordered through Uber Eats. This was not the issue driver was quick actually early. This was 100% the store. First off I ordered a meal that showed a 20oz bottled drink. Thats what I ordered but instead I got a fountain drink. I dont drink fountain drinks from delivery services ive seen to many tictoks. Second I ordered a peanutbutter and chocolate desert and orange chicken and egg drop soup. Soup was hot and delicious. Orange Chicken and noodles were bland. Dessert was melted into soup also since they put this cold creamy dessert in the sane bag as the soup and orange chicken. I called the store the manager apologized said yes they person packing it made a mistake and they were out of bottles of coke. Can't someone pickup the phone and call I would have asked for a different bottled drink. But since I ordered thru Uber I need to contact them. Of course it was a fight because I did receive it so they told me no refund. I had to keep arguing. Spent 45 mins. Im disappointed in the store. I am so disappointed. I ordered a Thai Peanut salad and nothing came on the salad. Literally they gave me lettuce, some crispy strips, and chicken. Seriously nothing like what the description says. I order delivery from them often, at least once a month for the last 3 years. I always order extra dipping sauce for the shrimp and the egg rolls. I pay for it but never get it. The pad Thai is dry as a bone, I have to wash it down with a liquid. It needs peanut sauce that they always seem to forget to put on the dish. When I call the restaurant for help, they always tell me that I have to get with DoorDash. It's a dead end street and I think I ordered my last meal for me and my neighbors at P.F. We got here and we were sat by a host who did not acknowledge us verbally. We were confused as to why he left. We looked at him awkwardly for direction and he signaled for us to follow him. We were "sat" outside. He told us to sit anywhere so we chose one of the only tables that were cleared out. Every other table still had dirty plates and used cutlery and glasses. Our server came to us and i ordered our drinks. I showed her my ID and she checked it and gave it back. She whispered: what can i get you to drink. i ordered again and she left. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks. As a restaurant worker (me and the bf are like cooks), we try to give every place the benefit of the doubt. However, it was a Tuesday night and it was dead. In fact, we thought they were closed because it was seemingly empty. We were only one of four tables outside. Once our drinks came we were ready to order. I ordered 4 things for two people. The wait for the food was half an hour. On a slow night. I'm half an our we got only two of the things we ordered. We ordered everything at once anticipating a long wait. The soup and the 6pc dumplings. Both were drenched in oil. The soup flavorless, and the dumplings overpriced. We paid $18 for 6 pieces of mediocre dumplings. Twenty minutes later the other items arrived. The dynamite shrimp were nothing like they looked in the menu. The only thing worthwhile was the Sweet & Sour Shrimp. We grabbed a medium plate but the portion size was ok. At the time two servers started to clear out the tables that needed to be bussed. They were too distracted talking with each other to complete it efficiently. They managed to clear off the tables and put all dirty dishes, cutlery and glasses onto a single table before leaving. We asked for the check a paid. The only highlight of the night was that we got double fortune cookies. We tipped our server generously despite the poor service and dismal experience and vibe. Still as an industry worker, I can't help but feel bad for the people working here so I must rate them higher than 1. I would not recommend at all though. read more

Not the best use of over $100 Second time was worse: Scheduled pickup for 4:15, called at 4:10 that we were there, called again at 4:30 and was hung up on. I ordered into my hotel room from here. Usually a big fan of P.F. Chang's occasionally. Got my food and honestly I was so disappointed. The veggie spring rolls were probably the weirdest I'd ever tasted - too thick, not crispy enough, sprinkled with some weird seasoning on top that was terrible tasting and the filling itself was tasteless. I'm a big big spring roll fan and these were awful ugh. I gave up after half a spring roll. The kung pao chicken was okay, but ridiculously greasy - enough for me to not be able to finish it. The noodles were okay, some super clumped together again couldn't finish. I've not had the same experience at other PF Chang's tbh, I think they need better management. My husband and I have dined at this location a few times now and it's alway wonderful. We celebrated my birthday here and our server Teetia was fantastic. She took wonderful care of us: attentive, friendly, happy, interested.It was really nice. In addition to the treatment we received from her, we observed her taking care of her other tables and it just seems like she was born for this role. Very very good at her job! Hang on to her as long as you can P.F. Chang's! The food as always was excellent. P.F. Chang's is one of my favorite restaurants and they always deliver. We each had a cocktail; I had the sparkling Paloma and it was so refreshing. We shared the pork potstickers. I got the Mongolian beef and my husband got the orange chicken. For dessert we had the chocolate soufflé which was made extra festive with a flaming sparkler on a champagne bottle. So fun! Needless to say, we were full and satisfied! Love the ambience. My dinner was good, I had spicy chicken. Unfortunately my spouse's favorite dinner was taken off the menu and we were told we could not order it. We usually hit PF Chang's 3-4 times during a vacation but this was a one and done. Even the waitress told us lots of people were bummed at items taken off the menu but "we're trying something new and have specials that they may put back on the menu." Hint #1. Not sure what happened in those previous reviews, but everything was hot & flavorful for us! I have not been to PF Changz in years, but today I was reminded of all the tasty food they offer. We parked across the bridge in a 3hr spot which was perfect. The wait time was about 30 minutes, so we decided to sit at the bar. The bartenders were flipping the drink tickets around very quickly, which is always a good sign. Let's get into the food. We ordered the crab wontons for an appetizer. DELICIOUS! The honey chili sauce paired perfectly with those crispy crab puffs. For entrees, we chose the pepper steak & sesame chicken with a side of fried rice. Everything tasted just as I remember! The brown pepper sauce was probably my favorite. The entrees are family style, which is perfect for sharing and warming up leftovers. We will definitely be back for happy hour! read more

I love PF Changs but this was probably the worst PF Changs I've been to and both of my coworkers felt exactly the same. The menu was smaller than any Changs any of us had been to. Also, while others still serve discontinued meals this one did not. I asked about the Almond and Cashew Chicken but was told they couldn't make it. We ordered the lettuce wraps that they are famous for and the sauce was a weird peanut sauce that wasn't good at all and nothing like their normal sauce. Right after getting appetizers (egg rolls, lettuce wraps and spring rolls) our waitress said she was going home because she was sick and someone else was taking over for her. No problem. We had already received our appetizers and placed our orders for our entrees. Several minutes later the new waitress brought us our bill and asked if there was anything else we needed. "Yes, our food"! She said she had been told our food was already brought to us. Then she asked what we wanted and we explained we had placed our orders but not received them. Right away the food was brought out so it likely had been sitting in the back due to poor communication from the first waitress to the second. None of us were overly pleased with the food. My beef and broccoli had good flavor but the meat was like warm at best and the broccoli was cold and under cooked. My two coworkers ordered dessert with one getting a chocolate soufflé. It came out very cold like it had come straight from a fridge. Soufflé is meant to be served warm right from an oven and he mentioned this and had the waitress feel how cold his dessert was. She took it back as he asked to have it warmed. She came back with a new one that was also ice cold and at this point he gave up. She agreed it should be warm but said the chef insisted this was how it was meant to be in spite of a google search showing how they are normally served warm. Drink refills were also very slow to non existent. I had to ask 3 times for my first water refill and could never get another one. It was a fitting end to a disappointing night at a restaurant brand we all typical love. I recommend PF Changs but definitely not this one. read more

The Mongolian beef is in tiny pieces that are dry and have a stale taste. The GF spicy chicken not good either. Tastes old and dried out. Not going for third time's the charm. Ordered Caesar salad with chicken which was just awful, followed by beef and broccoli with request not to do sweet sauce. No salt, no pepper no oil of any kind and meat was about as good as dog grade snack. Salmon was about average.
