Did you know there is a Happy Hour from 3-6pm M-F?? $5.99 Select Beer, $6.99 Select Wine, $8.99 Select Cocktails and Half Priced Half Apps. What we tried: Pink Lotus Cosmo Chef's Feast for 2 $19.99: House Salads for each of us, shared veggie spring rolls and individual entrees. She choose the sesame chicken. I opted for the firecracker shrimp (+4 upcharge) and the lo mein noodles (+4.59 upcharge). Cherry Blossom Martini Food 5/5 Service 10/5. Shane was not only the bartender but he also was our server. He was super attentive and really nice. Overall, a good outing as I hadnt been to PF Chang's in about 8+ years ambiance: despite being fairly empty when we arrived, everything was clean, the playlist was pretty nice. I like the open area layout as it doesn't feel cramped.

Mongolian Beef

This is always a good spot. The lettuce wraps are amazing. I can be a picky eater, and I still eat them despite not knowing what's in it! The mongolian beef is always crisp to perfection. Service is hit or miss, but it is a chain. The restaurant is large and everyone isn't on top of each other. My only complaint is the portions. This place is meant to have shared entrees, but the portion of meat isn't very large.

Best Beef and Broccoli I have never really come to the restaurant but I've eaten their food from grocery stores. So I've been wanting to come here and try things fresh. It turns out they work with my school so my students are able to order food from here for anime club. So I'm excited I'll end up here more often as the kids use this year after year for their big semester parties. We ordered a couple of dishes this round and I got to try a little of each. I cannot believe how good the beef and broccoli is here. It has this sweet sauce that goes with it that makes it just amazing. I have to have it again. I was obsessed with beef and broccoli as a kid and I honestly thought I had out grown it as I didn't seem to enjoy it anywhere. However, I LOVED it here. So I will definitely be back to have this again. Be careful when you order catering from this restaurant. They are using greasy old Simply Lemonade bottles to put their tea in. But they tried to cover it up with their own labels. Someone in our office has a citrus allergy and could have drank from this. Every bottle had a broken seal and was covered in grease. Makes you reconsider eating the food. Do better P.F.Chang's. Show some class. They will supply Brunson burners...but like, maybe don't and use that cost to run to Kroger for some gallons of tea. #friendly tip

I dare the GM to eat the honey chicken. Deep fried nothing. Even the lettuce wraps were bad and that is the one menu item you could always count on. Not sure if this is corporate cutbacks or specific to this location. regardless, the meal was absolutely awful.

Very pretty restaurant decor. Outstanding customer service with a friendly server (John), host, and manager. The food was just okay due to overcooked shrimp and chicken in both dishes (2 minutes less it would have been perfect). Great for date night or a family meal. 5 for customer service. 5 for bartending. 3 for food.

Lunch Mongolian

Got to the counter and told Briana I wanted to place a to go order. Wanted the bbq spare ribs and lunch Mongolian beef. She explained lunch is only available Monday-Friday. I explained that the website says lunch is everyday until 3pm (it's 2:35pm). She again stated only Monday thru Friday. I then said I needed a minute to see what I wanted. Went to the website and ordered my food which included the lunch Mongolian beef. It's been 10 minutes since stating I needed to look at the menu again and Briana has once come back to see if I was ready to order. Seems as tho Briana has a little attitude which should have been checked at the door and/or perhaps she should've stayed home if customer service wasn't on her to do list for today. I asked one of the waiters the host name(Briana) in which she observed him telling me her name. 2:50 (15 mins later) and Briana has a new attitude asking if I were ready to order. Honey my dinner is supposed to be ready by approximately 2:48 pm; you're too late. 2:57 I received my food which included the lunch Mongolian, checked out and went on my way. I'd already told Briana I wanted to provide my info in order to have my order added to my rewards and at this point I just wanted to leave so I left without having done so. Taste tested all of my food items and it was cooked to perfection and tasted just as I expected. 3 stars is due to Briana and her attitude. Would definitely return but pray she's off that day‍

Dirty Children's Booster Seat

The service here deserves 5 stars!! But I can't get over how dirty the children's booster seat that we were given was. I always make a habit of wiping any high chair or booster that my baby sits in, and I'm really glad I did here because these were the wipes after only the first couple swipes! They really should make a habit of cleaning their high chairs and boosters more often (if they ever do) because this is pretty disgusting.

Dora V.

The service was amazing, my 3 kids and I came in late after traveling all day, with an hour before closing time im sure I was every servers worse nightmare but service was amazing, food was delicious, our kids absolutely enjoyed the visit. I really appreciate the love and patience we received from everyone.

P.F. Chang's was not that good.

P. F. Chang's I went into this with high expectations because I always heard the food was excellent here. Some of my food was very disappointing. The honey chicken was good but the rice that came with it was tasteless. They could have used chicken bouillon powder in the rice to give it flavor. The beef fried rice was good..the rice had a little eggs. I didn't see any carrots, spout, peas and all the other little items that beef fried usually has in it. They put rotten oranges slices on the tray. You should have use can peaches or pears rather than rotten orange slices...ugh. The tangy barbecue spare ribs were not good. The bone barely had meat on them and they tasted sweet and bitter.,not tangy. I did not like them at all. We had plenty of sauces, silverware, chop sticks and napkins. The prices are too high especially if you're going to serve rotten orange slices.

We did takeout this time and generally had a good experience. At least this evening, they were obviously short-staffed. No one up front to greet, and had to wave someone out of the kitchen area to let them know I was picking up. The order also took an extra 20 minutes past the promised time. Restaurant wasn't that busy inside, but a bunch of cars waiting in the curbside pickup spots. That said, the food was outstanding, and we would definitely order again, although probably dine-in next time. We ordered egg drop soup, pork spare ribs, sweet & sour chicken and shrimp with lobster sauce.

You know when you try a dish at a restaurant and from that point on, you judge every version of it against the best one you've ever had? Their spicy crispy tofu did exactly that. What's disheartening is that it's in Memphis, Tennessee and I live in Illinois. How am I supposed to convince my boyfriend to drive 16 hours round trip just for tofu?! Everything else was extremely well executed. Even the jasmine tea was excellent. We actually ended up leaving the city late the next day just so we could go back for lunch. It's that good. If your spice tolerance is low, definitely let them know this dish is spicy, as it should be! One recommendation: if you order the wood ear salad, get the cucumber salad as well and eat them together to balance your palate it's a total game changer. If nothing else, the spicy crispy tofu is an absolute must!!!

I am sure the staff had their hands full. Our server Daniel (name on ticket) was a complicated hot mess. He started out saying that we should have gone to Lao S.C., that it was better food? Never saw that coming. He said he used to work there too - which I wondered why he quit such a new establishment after such a short run? Then it hit me: I began by saying that we generally get the same things (mapo tofu or the cumin lamb - excellent choices), and I wanted to try something different? I was interested in the spicy whole grilled fish in pot! He told me that I wanted the fried chicken sautéed in peppers... his favorite. I said no, I really wanted to try the whole fish. He continues insisting I wanted the chicken dish? 3 more times... and I began suspecting maybe something was amiss, perhaps freshness issue with the fish - I relented and went with the chicken which ultimately was disappointing. Hard cooked chicken scraps edging on burnt tossed not in a sauce but in handfuls of dried peppers. Dry-fried. Very uneventful, hard and dull. Wife went with the shrimp in milk sauce which was extraordinarily delicious. Plump and savory jumbo shrimp in a creamy almost walnut sauce. We ordered a pear Sake from Oregon (which he told us was from Japan), and the spicy dumplings as an appetizer. The dumplings were tender and homemade which we liked but were not overwhelmed with. The Sake was light with a hint of asian pear went well with dinner. Still wishing I was more demanding on the whole fish (or) took his former recommendation and went to the other place?

I haven't had the best of luck with Chinese food in Memphis so I did everything I could to suppress this unwanted craving, however, I just couldn't help myself. Little Petals pops up on Yelp as a possibility. I read the reviews and scrolled through the pictures. After looking at the location, I realized it was only an 8-minute drive from where we were. Why not, right? The restaurant is easy to miss. It sits right on the corner in an old shanty building nestled in the middle of downtown Memphis. The furniture and décor were of a standard Chinese eatery, nothing special; but the employees were warm and welcoming, greeting me with hellos and smiles. I got the black pepper chicken that came with a spring roll. I ordered an extra side of pork egg rolls because that's usually my go to. Everything was fantastic! It gives you the taste of that old school Chinese food you used to have as a kid, but better quality. The chicken was moist, flavorful and peppery. The egg rolls had the perfect amount of crispy crunch---they seemed handmade as well! Pricing is a little higher from when I was a kid, but you still won't break the bank here! So, Little Petals, i.e., Petals of a Peony, Jr.: no one was inside. I assume this to be per usual for 2:30pm on a Tuesday. It follows then, that the service was, um, efficient and bespoke. Ordered the pork eggrolls (very good, the sauce that came with it - oddly the perfect amount was given in a little rectangular container - made these delectable) and the General Peony's Chicken. And this was damned good. Pricey for lunch, but I could have made 2 or 3 meals off of it. A satisfying amount of heat from the szcheuan (sp?) peppers; not overly breaded so as to make it a fried dough dish, but rather to carry the sauce on the chicken; the chicken was a quality cut, nicely sized per bite. A new go-to for lunch downtown.

You know what, first impressions the Hong Kongnese owners seem like as*holes with that Ronny Chieng "Give me your money and f*ck off vibes.." but hey, you know what, they get a pass.. I totally understand....when you in a neighborhood and you once gave a damn about dining in, then COVID hits, and everything is worn down, carpets need revamping, wallpaper needs proper care, customers *some* are difficult to deal with, as a owner, you say, "f*ckit, if they want our food, they come stand in line and do take out." And so it was at that moment, having driven my rig into the WhiteHaven Plaza, making sure I didn't piss off the patrolling security and walking into this forgotten time capsule that I realized....what is this place ....social security and family help services....a dimly lit lamp of an Asian Pawn Shop owner taking orders at a window with a warm spot light on him, with green hues around...a ton of black people....hear me out, this is culture shock.. I've lived in South Dallas before, I've been around black folk...but to be the only Asian customer in line, and for the entirety of the 1 hours to 2 hours there not seeing any white people....that's a first! Well...come to think of it, living in Los Angeles over the decades...never really venture out to Compton or Crenshaw back in the days to have Chinese food, so if this many Black People all line up and spend their hard earned monies on Hong Kong Restaurant.....must be some DAMN good Chinese food. Since I'm a traveling blue collared tourist, and don't really get to experience the dining scene in a town like Memphis unless I'm at a nearby Logistics Hub experiencing some down time and I get to explore town....having not tried any other Chinese restaurant and this being the only other fried rice I've tried between the states of Oklahoma, Arkansas and Tennessee....... Hong Kong's House Fried Rice is singlehandedly probably the best Fried Rice I've had since my days back in 2018s working up in Greeley Colorado with a Guangzhou Super Chef and up in Monterey California with another old timer Chinese Chef when they used to make staff meals and you thoroughly enjoyed the fried rice, every overnight grain, coated with msg, soy sauce, scallions. Onions, garlic, thrown into a Wok with High Bursting Flames, charring each grain, giving each grain that solidarity, smoking flavor....ya, this is the type of fried rice you can only experience with true OG Chinese Chefs, or at the very least, the owners need to know the elements that goes into making genuine Cantonese soy sauce fried rice. Absolute chef's kiss. Here in a worn down Chinese restaurant, with owners that really just DGAF, but they kept the soul of the food intact, they look toward retirement, maybe look towards getting out of there, but because they make Good food, and they love money more, and people just keep lining up for takeout here making Panda Express look amateur....I'm gonna say it...Uncle and Auntie are the most low key millionaires...... As for the Kung Pao Chicken, a tad bit too much gravy, but I finished it all in two sittings. Americanized Kung Pao Chicken, way better than Pandas. So to all the tourists on Yelp Questioning this place. The inside is eclectic, it's not fancy...though this isn't a bad thing. It's a nice escape from the run-of-the-mill Chinese take-out places (where you can eat inside also), it's not trying to be corporate-flashy. Best I can describe it is authentic to the people who own the joint. And I like it; a couple of fish tanks, some kitsch, the odd neon signs inside (over the bar, on the west wall towards the rear), the unused area to the right of the bar. Somethings work, something's are out of place, but it's a testament to the longevity of the location. So the food: the value is great. The apps were middle-of-the-road (sweet fire shrimp, spicy cucumbers (sans spicy but ponzu), spring rolls. The stand out was the hot and sour soup. Nothing really novel about it, but exactly what I was looking for. As the duck sauce was a bit sweet for the spring rolls to my liking, I found it necessary, and delicious, to dunk the spring rolls in the hot and sour soup. The Scientist had her usual kung-pao chicken. Really good, if not a bit basic (though the slight notch up of heat from the Szechuan peppers was appreciated). I went with the Peking duck. It's the most expensive thing on the menu (as it is everywhere else), but worth it. This is going to feed 2-3 or a big meal there and a healthy portion to take home. The skin crispy, the meat moist. Bones removed, but for the wings and thigh bones...it was appreciated. Served with Chinese pancakes and onions and a delightful hoisin. Highly recommended. The staff was delightful. Efficient (if not a little too efficient; we had two servers ask for our order), attentive, hospitable. We don't really have a go-to for Chinese food. Despite being out in Gtown, this may be our new default for Chinese eat-in or take-out.

I stopped in after my Doctors appointment since it was on the way and I'd heard so many good things…read moreabout it. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean from my vantage point. They had a buffet but I wasn't in the mood for that. I placed an order for the egg drop soup, 1 egg roll, 1 spring roll and wings. My food was ready pretty quickly and I was on my way. Once I made it home, I tried the spring and egg roll they were both solid nothing special but good. Next, I tried the egg drop soup and I enjoyed it, especially since I was under the weather. The wings were last and they were huge! I wonder how large was that chicken to produce wings that big! I was not a fan of the chicken but I would go back to try other items on the menu and I did enjoy the soup.
